Scammed by deceitful business practices. Positive: Good room, spoilt by deceitful business owner. Negative: Property charged an additional $500 security deposit that was not listed in the terms. Property then proceeded to withhold $150 of the deposit after accusing me of losing their key fob, even though I sent them a photo with timestamp to show that I had returned the fob. Property then proceeded to be uncommunicative for two months while I continued to chase them for the refund, sending templated and repeated replies. After two months, they arbitrarily decided that I had lost the fob and they would be upholding the decision, with no time-stamped evidence. They are now refusing to communicate with me. This could happen to you.

Positive: I would recommend avoiding this property due to the management. Extremely unhelpful and poor service/ communication. Be aware they charge a non-refundable fee of $55 to take your bond.

I had the worst experience dealing with this provider. AVOID at all costs Positive: This is a SCAM. DO NOT STAY HERE. And while you’re at it, don’t book through Booking.com as they will not assist you when it’s a scam. Negative: It is a SCAM
