You have to do a lot of admin and payment outside the VRBO app …. Leading to double payment (although it was returned eventually). Communications with the property manager frustrating. Dirty duvet and smelly cushions. Listening device in main room (not mentioned in listing). Great location and view but even though on 29th floor could clearly hear the frequent trains all night. Could be a lot better.

Apartment was ok, host was poor. Negative: The host was difficult, required a $500 bond, with a $20 non refundable fee.

Scammed by deceitful business practices. Positive: Good room, spoilt by deceitful business owner. Negative: Property charged an additional $500 security deposit that was not listed in the terms. Property then proceeded to withhold $150 of the deposit after accusing me of losing their key fob, even though I sent them a photo with timestamp to show that I had returned the fob. Property then proceeded to be uncommunicative for two months while I continued to chase them for the refund, sending templated and repeated replies. After two months, they arbitrarily decided that I had lost the fob and they would be upholding the decision, with no time-stamped evidence. They are now refusing to communicate with me. This could happen to you.

Positive: I would recommend avoiding this property due to the management. Extremely unhelpful and poor service/ communication. Be aware they charge a non-refundable fee of $55 to take your bond.
