Multi Million River View 3BD Penthouse at SouthBan

The stay was amazing it’s a nice layout too. Would definitely stay again and it has 3 bedrooms. Positive: I like the location View Rooms The space itself The furniture Negative: I likes how there is a lot of space and things to do outside of the location. The view was nice especially at night time. The room and kitchen was great too.

Great stay Positive: The apartment was a good size and had amazing views. Good location, close to restaurants, Southbank and public transport. Negative: The train noise was intrusive, especially at night when trying to sleep. Communication before check-in was confusing at times, but was eventually resolved.

You have to do a lot of admin and payment outside the VRBO app …. Leading to double payment (although it was returned eventually). Communications with the property manager frustrating. Dirty duvet and smelly cushions. Listening device in main room (not mentioned in listing). Great location and view but even though on 29th floor could clearly hear the frequent trains all night. Could be a lot better.

We had a girls weekend and absolutely loved this apartment for our stay. So central right near Fish Lane, this was a perfect spot. Apartment was so clean and bright and beautifully furnished. Amazing views over the Brisbane Southbank. Loved it.

Apartment was ok, host was poor. Negative: The host was difficult, required a $500 bond, with a $20 non refundable fee.
