I stayed in very clean very comfortable accommodation and look forward to returning and staying through the same accommo Positive: The property had everything I needed. It was central to where I needed to be. Negative: The check in was very stressful but now that I know how to check in smoothly, now it’s been done, will be easier in the future.

Aggravating and disappointing Negative: I have stayed in many places but never before had to assemble a small intelligence dossier just to get through the door. This listing required loading onto a second platform my driver's license, my credit card details, and a selfie with license. I half expected a background check and a character reference. The lockbox was not at the property. It was in a random business park. So you begin your relaxing getaway with a brisk scavenger hunt between fluorescent-lit office blocks, hunting a key. The photos promised a second bedroom. The reality was a nun's cell. It’s tiny, dark and windowless and devoid of privacy. I booked the place for family members and was extremely embarrassed to tell my relative this was her cell. The sofa is something else again, more a thin mattress with a collection of floppy pillows - impossible to sit on. But the true masterpiece is checkout. You are required to film yourself returning the key to the lockbox, like a hostage proof-of-life video, then submit photos, then provide further "proof" as though you are being processed for parole rather than leaving a holiday rental. I have signed mortgage documents with less paperwork. Two stars, and one of those is for the cardio I got at the business park.

It was a lovely quiet residential building close to all amenities and the riverside walking track. Positive: It is close to restaurants and aldi. Nice and quiet residential area. Just a minute walk to the riverside, which was nice. It is a really nice apartment. Negative: When I stay next I'd like to bring my husband and 13 year old daughter, however don't allow for children. Which is a shame. I don't understand why that is. Considering there is a room with a single bed. There children in other apartments.
