Walk to River, Cute Designer 2BR Apt in West End

Relaxing. It is near good restaurants and river walk. Negative: Shower drain blocked but fixed during stay, immediatley. Patio blind unable to be lowered for shade

Positive: Interior, cleaness, vibe, location Negative: Shower booth's drainage was easily clogged. The smaller bed room looks like kind of coffin..

Make sure u have a SIM card to call them Positive: Furnished . Well equipped Negative: Check in process, only sent payment link for deposit without clear instructions the day before, and other accommodation of my stay sent 4 days ago as they know people are actually busy. Arrived at 2:30PM and no reception desk or information desk for check in / any kinds of inquiries, called (like we all have to have a SIM card to call them) and told us have to pay deposit before getting instructions to access the accommodation. After long flight still need to deal with this kind of frustration and heat in the summer on the street, was terrible check in experience.

Location was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean and tidy! Communication was outstanding! Positive: The Location was great. Perfect for what I needed! Everything was clean and tidy. Easy access to everything. Negative: It was a little noisy from the constructions but that is no fault to the owners.

Adequate because we stayed only for one night. I would not choose it for longer stays. Positive: Secure building, quiet, clean place Negative: No instruction on how to turn on the light/power in the unit. Had to look around for the main switch on the wall. No door to the second bedroom, only a curtain which was too small for the opening. Second bedroom was makeshift, probably a study, no windows, no door. Bathroom pocket door could not be closed completely, could not be locked either as the locked was not aligned to the hook. Only one key / fob was given therefore was inconvenient as my colleague and I had different times going in and out.
