Loved it Positive: Location and facilities Negative: Complicated and flawed check in / out process

Toowong Stay Positive: Upon arrival it was easy to navigate with the instructions sent to us by our host, hassle free, the unit had spectacular views, the room and amenities were clean, the bedroom with the full scale view windows added such a classy feel to it, the price for the three nights were affordable. Added bonus the shopping centre is literally a 3min walk. Loved everything ❤️ Negative: There is nothing to complain about and if people do then they are just salty people.

It was an excellent stay in a safe , clean place with a beautiful view as a bonus. Positive: I liked the view from the window, it is a nice functional apartment! Negative: I didn’t like the fragrance sticks placed at few spots of the apartment . Some people have allergies, besides they are full of chemicals dangerous for your lungs. I was required to switch off the air conditioner/ heating but there was no manual available, it was not clear on the wall control where is the on/ off switch.

Apartment good, support Team appalling, I don't think I would go back again Positive: The location to my Work was good with a short commute to my Brisbane Office. The size & layout of the Apartment was also good including the built in Work Station. Negative: The Air Conditioner did not work correctly it was set to 26c Heat & could not be turned down or Off & all the Help Team wanted to do was send instruction Manuals (which did not fix the problem) because it would Cost Money for a repair person to attend the Apartment, the heat in the Apartment was uncomfortable for the week even with the Doors completely open. There was No Ironing Board in the Room but there was a Broken Iron in the Room that was sitting in a pool of Water which I cleaned up & I was told that the Apartment was not offered with these Items so if I wanted to Iron then I should go & purchase the Items, I had to locate an Ironing Service to re Iron my Business Shirts. I was very upset with this because in the Term of Departure if the Iron & Ironing Board are missing when the Room is inspected I will have the replacement Cost deducted from my Security Deposit

It was an ok place in a great location Positive: Location was exactly what I needed with shopping centre close by and plenty of eat places also a massage shop Negative: The bed was horrendous , I didn’t sleep well at all & worse as nights went on !! The towel rack in bathroom I feel like it was sticking out , I seemed to run into it several times , The bathroom sink was lovely and big but nowhere to put clothes other than toilet !! There also seemed to be a lot of instructions to get in and then to get out as well . I feel like I’d rather a reception !! I’m sorry I didn’t know how to turn the a/c off ( very different to anything I’ve seen !!!
