Could have been better Positive: Location Negative: The check in process was difficult. We were left standing in torrential rain waiting to get in at 3pm in the afternoon.

Nice room, good location Positive: The accommodation was very nice, just like the pictures. It was in a area surrounded by a lot of clubs but is very close to the train station, so very convenient! Negative: After you have already booked, you are advised you have to then also pay a $500 deposit to a third party website. I was unsure about this but after some research did provide my card details and was much later advised the payment was not successful (despite there being plenty of money in my account). The hosts (which appears to be a larger company based off my communication with them) stated my bank were rejecting the payment but were very slow to rectify the situation. Overall we ended up having to provide our card details 4 times over 3 different sites! Overall it worked out but it was stressful, and we thought we were being scammed. After we checked out it took over a week for the funds to be returned, despite being told it would happen in 2 days! The accommodation itself was lovely but the financial situation has turned me off private (not hotel) accommodation on booking.com

Overall very good clean and tidy, perfect location and easy to find Positive: The property was clean and tidy. Negative: The location of the property was ideal, how clean the property was and it was easy to find the apartment.

Positive: The location is really great! It is convenient to take the train to other tourist places. Also, that they reply to my messages is really fast. Thanks for trying hard to help us solve the problem during my stay here. Negative: On weekends, it may be a little bit noisy. But overall, everything is perfect.
