Excellent Positive: The apartment was beautiful . It was lovely and clean. Close to everything. You could walk no trouble. The owner was lovely I contacted her a few times and she was so helpful. Gave me some wonderful places to eat. I will definitely be staying there next time I’m in Brisbane

Nice appartment just not very helpful Positive: Close to Chinatown Negative: Very hard to find. Wouldn’t assist with early check in even though they were asked 48 hours in advance so we missed the event we booked for. Did not provide a code for the key safe so had to call.

Positive: Location was excellent Negative: Noisy neighbours

Positive: Location, carpark and quite a new building. Negative: Check-in procedure. We weren't given the pin no. for the key lock box. (Don't think I've missed any email or text message). Had to call the customer service but it's very noisy in their background I hardly heard what they said. Took a long time to get the key. Would be nice to have some basic tea and coffee, a side table in the lounge.
