CBD Centre location, Free Carpark, Spacy 2 Bed Apt

Ubicación excelente . A pocos minutos de Queen Street, City Hall . Zona céntrica, Segura y agradable Positive: Importante resaltar la amabilidad del personal de reservas . Siempre dispuesto a ayudar hasta con el mínimo requerimiento

Perfect location Positive: Great location - well equipped and lots of space Negative: Air con didn’t seem to work but plenty of air con units and fans in the property to use instead

Not worth the price Positive: close to CBD Negative: Aircon was not working and only was given fans, showers kept changing from hot and cold, the place already came with wall stains and paint chipped everywhere, lots of non working things as well. Had to run around to get the key and location of hotel was unhelpful.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The whole apartment smells and it stinks. The place was dirty, poorly equipped and badly maintained. It advertised the place is air conditioned but all you can find inside are a couple of fans,and some are not working at all. The control panel on the wall is not working towards anything in that apartment. The name "new furniture" is purposely misleading and clearly misrepresented. The staff, if you can find them, is never helpful, and they enjoy it, by being not helpful. They just tell you this is Airbnb and this is how it works. But this is obviously not a standard in Australia or elsewhere in the world.

Positive: Location was good, close to CBD Beds available for 3 individuals Negative: Instructions to locate parking entrance and to collect keys were not clear. Air conditioning was not working but we were offered a portable which leaked water and only cooled 1 bedroom unfortunately. I wouldn't book this apartment again.
