Unbeatable Location! Modern 1Bed Unit w/ Pool&Gym

Potential to be great but many things need fixing. Positive: The location was fantastic. The bed was comfy. Great to have Netflix on the TV. Negative: Check in was confusiing as the map on the link we were given gave a different address to where we were staying. When we asked about the best place to park, we were told to downlaod a parking app but it didnt work properly on either of our phones so we asked the hotel reception staff next door and they were extremely helpful. There was only 1 fork. The kitchen lacked sufficient lighting. Air con in bedroom made horrible noise. Loud drilling from one of the rooms on a Saturday night. Hot water pressure was weak. Picture frame above bed was broken and taped together, as was the rusty clothes airer. The shower was held together with a zip tie. We were denied our friend coming over for a cuppa which we thought was strange as there are 4 chairs at the dining table. Only 3 out of 4 burners worked on the gas stove. Game console power cord missing and no games.

just what we needed for a couple of days Positive: location and comfort

Positive: The instructions for check in check out was so clear and in depth. The apartment was clean and home like, it had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to the train station, nice places to go out and eat, the river and even an aquatic centre close by. Highly rate this stay, we will come back again next year for sure

Positive: Lovely apartment and very very close to the south banks facilities and shops. Negative: A little confusing with instructions for getting the keys some steps that didn't need to be in like going to another building first which didn't make sense.

Very enjoyable experience with modern facilities, will definitely stay here again. 😀 Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean and the bed was super comfy. The location is close to the Mater Hospital and Southbank is nearby which is great.
