Good location but can't recommend due to flawed key collection process Positive: The location was very good, convenient to South Bank, the Mater hospital, a walkable distance to the Gabba or across the river to the city. The apartment itself was fine. Negative: I cannot recommend this apartment due to the ridiculous process for key collection. They sent me to collect the key from a different apartment block at a different adress, so I arranged to be dropped off there. At this address the instructions provided for key collection (involving combination codes and locked letterboxes) did not work. I messaged and rang the provided phone number, initially with no answer, but after waiting a while outside in the summer sun I tried again and managed to speak with someone, who after a confusing phone call eventually informed me I had to go to a different address (pulling my luggage behind me) to collect the key. The apartment itself was fine but the key collection process was so flawed that I wouldn't go back.
