Great location Positive: Great location for guests attending events. Clean. Negative: Instructions for collecting keys and entry to the building were very confusing. Also strongly objected to having to provide so much ID / credit card info before check-in.

Overnight was a plus, one person staying, perfect space, near transport Positive: Location was great, near to QPAC with interesting restaurants nearby Negative: Update of lounge and cushions for aassurity of cleanliness

It met my expectation Positive: Perfect location for the Bris Truck show Negative: The bed. Way too soft. Slept on the couch.

Great location with good comms from host. Would stay again :) Positive: Location was fantastic. Quick response from the host to any query. Although the key collection and pick up was a little odd, the map and instructions were clear. Negative: Portal for pre-check in credentials. Also, the lift wait times were lengthy, particularly at check out as it seemed many units were holiday lets - unavoidable though!

Positive: Good location, excellent room, and views. Negative: Just one thing, we will prefer a king bed, would be perfect for a big couple. Other than that everything is fine.
