Would stay again! Positive: Great location! Very spacious, large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and balcony area, washer and dryer very handy. Host was really good, fast attentive communication. Hot tip: check in online the day before, the keys are kept in a clock box across the road, so if you’re in a hurry to check in a go to something (like I was) it’s much faster to sort out the admin of checking in the day before! Negative: Note: when leaving the apartment, the door needs to be locked with a key, or before you pull the door shut as the lock isn’t fob-swipe access. If you want more than one fob-swipe you will need to specify this and pay a fee beforehand.

Would stay again when they fix the aircon situation. Positive: Great facilities and great location! Negative: Tv wouldn’t work as had no wifi. Main aircon didn’t work so had box aircons that made it very hot in the dinning area.

Negative: Everything about this booking was unacceptable. Immediately after payment of this property I was set a link to pay an additional $500 deposit. I uploaded my card details however they kept saying it was declined. I was then asked to transfer $500 to a pay ID which I did. I was told the deposit would be returned within 2-3 days after check out. I have been following regarding the refund for a week now and I keep receiving messages stating they will escalate the refund to a priority, however I have still not received anything in my account. After review of booking.com's policies I believe they are in breach as they have requested money outside the platform. I am in the process of lodging this further as I dont want anyone else to have this experience.

Great location, cosy vibes and nice mood lighting. Positive: Location was great! Loved the decor and felt at home during my stay. Pool and sauna were great. Negative: It did feel like the place was put together fast. the towel racks were rickety, some of the tiles were wobbly. It didn't feel unsafe but I did feel I had to be very gentle with things I touched incase they fell apart.
