Comfortable 1BR Apt w/ pool & carpark

Negative: Mattress & pillows poor quality, stained couch, faulty showerhead, faulty vanity draw, having $10 deducted for missing item when room is left unlocked for anyone to enter, should be higher standard for the money, inconveniant to get room key & return it, did not take any items from rooms.

Terrible Positive: Nothing Negative: This is the worst experience I have ever had with booking and accessing accommodation. I placed the booking with booking.com then the nightmare started. The booking then is handled by BeLocals property management who wanted me to complete a pre-registration booking online. They wanted the front and back of my driver's license and a photo of the front and back of my visa card. Considering I had made a payment to booking.com I was not keen to give over this much private information online to a third party that I had no information about or had been told that was required when I made the initial booking. Nowhere on the booking.com site did it say I would be required to do this otherwise I wouldn't have booked. I was then charged another $13 service fee which was not clearly stated on the booking.com site either. Then the rigmarole of pre-registration failed on my electronic signature multiple times. If you are not computer literate this is a nightmare too. Arriving at a property I had to go to a grocery shop up the road to get the key from a lock box. Not Ideal! I will not book here again or recommend anyone to book either.
