overpriced, would not recommend to others. Positive: The location. Negative: Stayed here for 4 days, cost abt 1800 and for the facility’s and expectations, did not meet basic standards, says free wifi, yet no wifi was provided. no luggage storage at reception had to carry around bags from 8am-4pm, weeds growing on balcony, moldy walls, dust everywhere including vents, requested new doonas, left with the same stained ones, stepped on glass in the carpet, broken lights, half the cutlery was missing, curtains covered in odd stains, was not provided clear instructions to obtain the key card, had to call up, after being told we could get the key card, showed up to the room to find it hadn’t been cleaned and had to place it back for cleaners to get, check in time is supposed to be 3pm, cleaners didn’t even get there till around 3, for almost 2k we expected “alright” toilet paper, we received the thinnest of thin and on 1 extra roll, gave us the option to requested earlier check in at least 10am bc of early flight, owner did not even attempt to reply even tho requested was put in days before hand.

Positive: Everything was amazing! This place really set an awesome foundation for my holiday. Perfect location for not only the beach and shop but also for the public transportation to the neighboring towns. Host (Olivia) was amazing! She helped me every time I had requested assistance making things run smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Can not wait to plan my next stay there!

Disgraceful Positive: Nothing Negative: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Bookings.com need to remove this from their listing. This property was less than acceptable, and the host made NO attempts to rectify matters outlined below, nor made any attempt to contact us with any resolution during our stay. Issues discovered by us: Leaking pipe in bathroom Mold & rust within the entire bathroom area No operating Safe (As Advertised) Broken lock on external sliding door (Property not secure) No Wi-Fi (As advertised) No private pool (As advertised) What looked like blood stains on carpet. What looked like Faecal matter found on curtains Cockroaches in bathroom. Requested an additional charge for using credit card to pay for bond upon arrival. This was not disclosed when we booked. Photos were taken and sent of all the above to verify our complaints to host and bookings.com. As a result of no action taken by the owner, we were left with no choice but to contact bookings.com to file a complaint who they directly made contact with no resolution nor full refund. A lot of time spent disputing all of the above with owner and Bookings.com We are still left with outstanding monies owing. Our entire stay was ruined due to the appalling conditions. Also note, the owner of this property resides overseas.

We were excited about this stay but left disappointed, as the experience fell short of expectations due to discrepancies between the advertisement and reality.The booking process was unnecessarily stressful, requiring payment of an undisclosed credit card surcharge and a digital signature through a system lacking clear data protection safeguards. Parking was advertised as available via the hotel, but this was actually never an option.Despite being described as refurbished, the room felt outdated, with mould in the bathroom, chipped paint, broken items, and non-functional lights. Cleanliness issues mentioned in previous reviews persisted, and despite having to pay a cleaning fee, we had to clean to be able to use it.Facilities were lacking: the minibar-sized fridge was unusable without defrosting, the kitchenette was in fact a bench, and items like glasses and cutlery were insufficient for the advertised number of guests. When we told Olivia, someone entered our room without our knowledge or consent to leave some cutlery.The advertised ocean view mostly consisted of streets and buildings, accompanied by noise, and gym access was unavailable despite repeated follow-ups. Hygiene was a concern as we were instructed to keep rubbish in the room for 12 days.Wi-Fi, mentioned in the check-in instructions, was later to be excluded.These cumulative issues made it difficult to feel comfortable, and unfortunately, the stay did not meet the expectations set by the listing.
