nice place to stay, good food underneath and nearby, walking distance to suncorp stadium.
Positive: perfect location, comfortable couch and beds
Negative: check in and out seemed, while being easy, a bit over-complicated with lots of steps beforehand and after.

Positive: location was excellent 10 minutes walk to suncorp stadium
Negative: Was had for a old person that is unable to use a smart phone properly . In saying that the phone assistance was excellent and stayed with me while I got though the proceedure

Nice apartment spoilt by bedbug problem.
Positive: A good location and lovely pool area at the complex.
Negative: Unfortunately there were bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. Luckily we only needed 2 of the 3 rooms so our son was able to swap rooms during the first night. Owners have still not fully addressed our concerns.

Uncomfortable beds ruined the stay
Positive: Apartment was great - great location
Negative: The beds were horrendously uncomfortable - I wouldn’t stay here again - could feel the springs through the mattress and the other two mattresses were like sleeping on bricks
