Nice apartment spoilt by bedbug problem. Positive: A good location and lovely pool area at the complex. Negative: Unfortunately there were bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. Luckily we only needed 2 of the 3 rooms so our son was able to swap rooms during the first night. Owners have still not fully addressed our concerns.

Positive: The location is fantastic! The room was impeccable and our Host was wonderful to deal with.

Uncomfortable beds ruined the stay Positive: Apartment was great - great location Negative: The beds were horrendously uncomfortable - I wouldn’t stay here again - could feel the springs through the mattress and the other two mattresses were like sleeping on bricks

Positive: Perfect location, great view, great apartment. There was a great supply of the basics including dishwasher tablets and washing powder. Host is extremely attentive

Negative: The contact person who sent the check in information at 2.50pm was unhelpful. we advised we would be there earlier and instead of saying upfront that the room would not be available until 3pm we had constant phone calls and texts from 1pm til 2.50pm saying our ID expired in Nov 25 so could we send another !!! what!!!! resending info!!! checking with her accounts team!!! sending a selfie !!!! photo of our credit card - so much so i thought we were being scammed ! if they were not prepared to let us into the accomm until 3pm just say so upfront
