Prime Location 2BD Serviced Apt @Surfers Paradise

Details matter. Positive: Great location Negative: The price of avarice, while maximising profits you have become too lazy to earn a return. The shower mixer was too fragile and came away in the hand if not careful. One bedside lamp didn't work. Details, I know, but attention to detail impresses a customer and the lack of it let's you down. 2 days before check in we were informed the water will be cut off from 8am-2.30pm, very short notice with no option to rebook elsewhere. The smoke detector beeped all night. Just a battery change perhaps, but to ask and expect the customer to tamper with a safety device? I think not. Again your deep pockets and short arms prevent you from engaging any maintainance personell. And the hoops we had to jump through just to check in? Once again, a refusal to employ any reception person. Ok, maybe that's the way it's done here, but it's still cheap and lazy, and hasn't earned you a return customer.

It was quite disappointing and didn’t worth money they charge for the service Positive: The location is great, just in the centre of town and close to everything tourist needs. There are indoor and outdoor pool, spa and sauna as well. Negative: The property manager/owner didn’t give us clear instructions regarding parking space and the keys for that. It was really challenging to find our parking spot. Also the amenities in this apartment was not maintained properly. The shower tap was broken and there was no connection to watch movies on tv.

Positive: Location Negative: Rom was outdated

Recommended Positive: The host was amazing she did everything to make our stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.

Meh... Positive: Location was great, parking was easy, pool area was nice. Negative: As some who has done cleaning... the place was eww. Dirty fridge door, the bench wasnt even wiped down, there was a used bandaid in the lil laundry area, there were dust bunnies and crumbs under the lounge, spill marks on the shutters, dead roaches on the floor, kids mouth marks on the windows ect. Beds were clean though.
