Prime Location 2BD Serviced Apt @Surfers Paradise

Positive: awesome location and accom Negative: nothing...all was good

It was good the location was amazing central to everything and the tram right outside. Didn’t get to check out the pool Positive: Location Negative: The unit needs some TLC a coat of paint and a handyman to fix a few things. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The bedrooms need a good vaccum under the beds.

Underwhelming, dissapointing and overpriced! Positive: Location was good, shops downstairs, and close to everything. Negative: Issues from the beginning. Garage key was not left in lock box. Spent an hour after a busy day travelling, to try to park car in garage. After contacting host, numerous times with no immediate way to help, got car in once someone left. Apartment was small and dated and dirty. Both TVs were old, small, and no signal. Unable to watch tv our entire stay. Some powerpoints also didnt work. Clothes air dryer was old and rusty and left rust stains on my white shirt i have been unable to get out! Was asked by host to purchase a garage key from reception, which understandably was refused. Took almost a full day and numerous messages back and forth to have a key left for collection. Access to the gym and pool wasn't available during our stay. After I had checked out, I was asked to send a photo of the key left in the lockbox, very important it said. Absurd to ask that of me, after my experience with a missing key! After over 20 texts and numerous photos back and forth with the host, Im dissapointed to say the least. It was overpriced and overrated. Our stay felt nothing but stressful, and will never stay here again.

Avoid this place Positive: Location Negative: Nothing much to like. Service was so bad. Parking and pick up of keys is so difficult. Just avoid

Positive: Meraviglioso il posto, l'appartamento centralissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo visto tutti i servizi che offre. Da ripetere....;)
