Prime Location 2BD Serviced Apt @Surfers Paradise

Positive: Location Negative: Rom was outdated

Recommended Positive: The host was amazing she did everything to make our stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.

Meh... Positive: Location was great, parking was easy, pool area was nice. Negative: As some who has done cleaning... the place was eww. Dirty fridge door, the bench wasnt even wiped down, there was a used bandaid in the lil laundry area, there were dust bunnies and crumbs under the lounge, spill marks on the shutters, dead roaches on the floor, kids mouth marks on the windows ect. Beds were clean though.

Communication with host excellent, apartment dirty and needs a deep clean before the next guest arr. Positive: Excellent location close to transport and attractions Negative: Apartment was generally dirty and needed some love. Oven door taped closed and substitute small bench top singeing upper cupboard. No mattress protectors on beds, stained dirty duvet inners however after a week of complaints the bed linen issue was rectified.

Disappointment disgusting and terrible Positive: The location and the pools were great Negative: The air-conditioning was not working I contacted Booking.com straight away and nothing was done about it there’s no attempt to bring us fans or extra cooling devices. The toilet would not flush when we first arrived I had to stick my hand into the back of the toilet every time to make it fill up so we can flush the toilet the next time. Again I contact someone straight away as soon as we got there and nothing was done about it I was in conversation nearly every day and still nothing was done about it nothing was seen to it was actually quite disappointing it ruined our whole holiday I have a video of me having to stick my hand in the toilet and refill it every time but I can’t upload the videos I can only upload the photo
