Prime Location Compact 1BD Apartment at Southbank

Positive: The location was perfect for our trip to Brisbane. Communication with management team was excellent. Apartment facilities met our needs & expectations. Contrary to other reviews, the key was located in the building and very accessible. Negative: Our only negative is that the surcharge requested for the deposit was excessive. However we obtained bank details & paid direct to management - avoiding the surcharge.

Uncomfortable and sweaty Positive: location Negative: Air Conditioning just blows warm air!

We enjoyed the apartments location but without air conditioning working it was not an enjoyable stay Positive: The location and access to the apartment was great. Negative: The Air Conditioning was not working and the cooling fans provided were not sufficient for the heat.

Never again Positive: Location Negative: Late check in due to disorganisation on their behalf. Waited an hour for key to be dropped off just to find some one else in our room. Swapped to another room for the night the made to 'check out' before 10am and 'check in' after 3pm even though we had paid for those days. Air conditioner in new room didn't work. After contacting them and back and forth, many excuses and a week later we vacated the apartment over a week before our stay was over. Am now out of pocket $2,500 for new accommodation for the remained of our stay (son has had surgery and we have to stay in Brisbane until he is cleared to fly back to Victoria) and arguing with the hosts over refunded amount that had promised early on in our stay in comparison to the amount they're offering now which does not align. DO NOT STAY HERE
