Positive: Location is fantastic. Property was clean Negative: I was instructed to collect the keys from a lockbox inside the mailbox at the front door. However, the mailbox was unlocked and the key was simply sitting among a large amount of junk mail, meaning anyone could have taken it. I was also not informed prior to booking that the air conditioning was not working. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that performed poorly and was extremely noisy. It required the window to be left ajar, which allowed street noise in and woke us multiple times throughout the night.

Location and apartment fine. Service terrible Positive: Location Negative: Really confusing and time consuming check in process. Had to send selfies and other things to even get in touch. Terrible communication, nobody onsite

It was affordable for a last minute decision Positive: The property was fine in a great spot, just didn’t like having to try and find my own car space, property was very clean, I found it a little difficult to check in and out, think there could of been an easier way Negative: No car space and the air conditioning didn’t work well it wasn’t comfortable on hot days unsure what was wrong with both of them but they weren’t working how they should have

Positive: The apartment was clean and in a handy location. Negative: Didn't expect a $100 cleaning fee to be added to our booking prior to us even booking in. Have never had to complete an online booking in before that was in addition to the Booking.com booking. This had to be completed before the accommodation management would provide us with details of how to access the keys. The online booking in was cumbersome and the online form kept clearing itself. When I emailed the accommodation management requesting another way of booking in they would not provide this. They also requested my credit card details, a photo of myself and a photo of me holding up my driver's licence. When I emailed them to say that I was not happy to provide this information, because the bill was already paid through booking.com I was told that they needed this before they would provide information about accessing the apartment keys.... I did reluctantly provide the above information and with the assistance of several other family members were able to complete the online booking in. My done who works in IT also found the online form difficult and felt that too much information was being requested. There was not enough information provided on how to access the apartment. I was provided with a 4 digit code number for the 'lockbox' and the apartment number. There was a 3 number lock on the mailbox corresponding to the apartment number so I thought that I had been given an incorrect number. My partner had a jiggle at the mailbox and discovered that it wasn't actually locked and the 'lock box's was actually inside the unlocked mailbox. There was no information provided on accessing the car park or where to park. There was no information provided on which lifts to use as the lift foyer is shared with a hotel.
