Perfect and close to amenities, clean and tidy, good location. Positive: Location was perfect for my needs, easy to get to and from the train station (5min walk) the unit its self was nice and clean. Negative: No fans in the bedroom, I’m used to air movement but aircon worked.

Positive: The location. Negative: The apartment was filthy dirty. The carpets were stained and floors were sticky. The balcony had uncleaned spills.The air conditioning smelled, probably of smoke. The surfaces were dusty and covered in filth. Very disappointed 😞
