Amazing suite with beach views at prime location

Positive: Great location in a great building. Negative: The bedroom curtains are in dire need of replacement and the apartment door needs to be repainted. Also the windows haven't been cleaned for some time.

Good value for money Positive: Great location and the easy accessibility for every day essentials and restores. Negative: Level of cleanliness for its location.

rude selfish and outright greedy Positive: the toiletries Negative: the check in ordeal that consumed 5 of the 6 nights I booked. being contacted at midnight during this time aswell and then no offer to be reimbursed or offered an extended stay. they happily took hundreds of dollars for a 6 night stay and yet I didn't even get a full 24 hours of accommodation the little regard for my time, ny inconvenience and the out-of-pocket expenses is totally inexcusable. hightly fraudulent and just outright greedy selfish pigs of humans to take advantage of ny disabled self they have little to no respect for me as an underprivileged white male

Half my holiday was wasted due the the third party people involved Positive: The premises would have been ok if I didn’t go “booking” and went directly thru the mantra Negative: Had no power got transferred to another apartment then got transferred the next day. Basically 3 hotels rooms in less than 24 hours

Great location, perfect for us. Positive: The position was central and within walking distance to Cavill Mall, trams and the beach.
