City Centre 3BR Apartment with Stunning Views

Worst place I’ve ever stayed through this site. Positive: Nothing Negative: Absolutely nothing as described in the ad. Aged and dirty furnishings, no where to store luggage until check in at 3pm. Not a comfortable apartment to stay at for the price and exorbitant cleaning fee. Converted patio/alfresco are to the third bedroom by placing a bed in middle of space. Couldn’t sit on sofa, was disgustingly with stains and dirty cushions, we were all so disappointed

Location is great. Better customer service needed. Positive: Location Negative: The 3rd bedroom is an enclosed balcony without air conditioning. The cutlery was dirty. There was mould in both showers. The bed in the second bedroom was two beds pushed together. I had to request sheets so we could seperate the beds to allow for two singles. The sheets were delivered the following day. No spare pillows. Only 1 pillow pp. Only 1 door key is supplied for 6 people. I had to request a 2nd key. They reluctantly agreed and I was charged a $22 delivery fee for the second key even though the key was delivered with the sheets.

Positive: Location was good Negative: Check in process difficult, had to pick up keys from a lock box at a next mart with no car parking on street. We couldn’t open the lock box as the keys were wedged inside. Once keys were accessed, One key card wasn’t working and we had six people in accomodation. Third bedroom was actually a built in room on the balcony.
