Great Value Central Brisbane Accommodation Positive: To all families looking for budget friendly accommodation, this apartment is a great option. Walking distance to Streets Beach, Eye of Brisbane, QPAC and Museum. 50c train ride across the river to Brisbane Queen Street. The building is a little dated with some maintenance underway but has the benefit of being nice and quiet with gated entry and secure parking. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. 2 private bedrooms with wardrobes, main with ensuite. Couch also has the option to fold flat. Facilities include washing machine, dryer, portacot, high chair & more. Convenience of a full kitchen with cooking facilities and utensils. Small kids park and open parkland across the road. Cute little cafe on the corner too. Great value for the overall price. Negative: A little maintenance needed and we notifiedthe host. The host was very easy to deal with and the issue did not impact our stay.

Positive: The place was very clean and tidy and convenient to everywhere we needed to go.

Positive: hot powerful showers and modern kitchen Negative: chilly, bathrooms need updating, uncomfortable sofa bed and curtains need replacing but perfect for one night

The company refused to refund our full payment. We had to cancel due to ill health within the non refundable time frame and they showed no compassion. Even a part refund under these circumstances would have show some good will and compassion. Never again

Very convenient location. Easy walking access to West End, South Bank and City k Positive: Locazion, comfortable beds. Negative: Lock box too difficult to use. It may need replacing. Some fixtures, curtain and bathroom rsils nead repair.
