Positive: Location was very close to South Bank. Secured parking avoids the metered on street parking.

First visit to Brisbane, accommodation well placed for amenities
Positive: Good position
Little trouble getting access information but after that everything fine
Negative: Seating in lounge -needs another comfortable chair

Negative: The check in process before arrival is a huge put off. Booking.com weren't helpful with easing my concerns either when asked to click links and give ID and credit cards before arrival to an unknown business. I wouldn't book again or recommend to anyone.
Needs a deep clean.
It was very hot in the room and the fan was constantly clicking. One of the worst sleeps as we ended up sleeping in the lounge, on the couch under the a/c.

Communication was prompt. Location was great right near the convention centre and Southbank beach. Place was clean. Couple of things missing/broken but informed owner and they apologised straight away didn’t really affect our stay though.
