Old Time Charm! Carpark+Wifi, Central BNE 2BR Apt

Positive: 숙소가 깨끗해서 좋았어요 Negative: 체크인 할때 열쇠를 꺼내는게 힘들었어요

Disappointing Positive: Fantastic location and quiet. Also spacious. Negative: This property is not well maintained. For a "newly furnished" place, it fell short. Details like unusable power plugs, lights not working, stains on the wall, the ensuite shower had mould in the grout. Tap fittings loose, soap dispensers empty. Not enough supplies of sugar (4 sticks). The key lock is really tricky when accessing from the outside at night. I needed a torch but also both hands to unlock the lock. Luckily another resident was walking past and helped me. Finally, there are two flights of stairs to access the unit. This is not disclosed in the listing or instructions.

Lovely and comfortable apartment Positive: Spacious apartment and comfy beds, pretty close to Southbank. Negative: The ID process and amount of personal info we had to provide for the booking. We’ve used booking.com hundreds of times before and have never had an issue, but this location took a bond and had that many times rules, we became paranoid.

Fab Positive: Location. Spacious Negative: A little dated on the outside. Parking space tiny

Great apartment for family or group of friends in a fantastic location Positive: Easy to communicate with, very easy to arrange entry. Parking and access was great. Had everything we needed. Negative: Didnt have any problems at all
