Unhappy with the customer services, enough to never stay again.
Positive: Location & space was nice
Negative: Received late checkin details, a key was in a different location, we were then charged a false checkout fee. Hard to communicate when they use text, booking.com and emails. Unhappy with the customer service & false charges.

Very clean, quiet building. Good communication with host. Handy location Close to Southbank and local shops.

Positive: Location is fantastic! Only a 20 minute walk to Suncorp stadium.
Negative: Getting keys from lockbox a little tricky, but all good once you work it out.
