Excellent Positive: Location was great...very clean apartment and modern Negative: The AC in the main bedroom was not working - but we did get a late check out as compensation

Fabulous 2 day stay in luxurious accomodation. Positive: Location amazing. Views incredible. Fabulous pools and gym. Luxurious accomodation and very stylish. Negative: Air con in one bedroom not working ( we were informed of this prior to arrival). No teaspoons and only 1 fork but otherwise very well equipped.

The 3 day stay was very stressful, unsafe Unit (with manhole), and linen was soiled and dirty. Not happy Bookings.com! Positive: LOCATION Negative: I was not aware that I had booked a B&B. Very poor communication from the letting company, along with appalling directions & location. We spent 1.5 hours walking around 2 blocks in Surfers Paradise trying to locate shop to collect key, then I text them asking if building name was Meriton & they kept responding back with just a number, which was not the number listed on the outside of the building. Unit was very hot & stuffy, as air condoning Unit was not turned on. No teaspoons in the kitchen. Blind in main bed would not pull down. The Doona on main bed was very soiled and not hygienic to sleep on. Linen was of pool quality. The Man hole was open in the wardrobe and I was unable to close this off, as it was too far out of my reach, consequently I was concerned that someone may crawl through & steal my electrical appliances. The benchtop in the kitchen was very soiled also and looked like had never been cleaned. I had to pay a $160 cleaning fee, which I feel should be reimbursed back to me, as this Unit was not clean when we entered and as I said the linen in the main bedroom was of very poor quality and the soiled Doona was just sickening to look at. Also the Air conditioning kept cutting out and my daughter had to keep turning it back on. It was a very hot couple of days, at that time.

Negative: Keys are 2 blocks away so you have to drag all your bags for 2 blocks checking in & check out which takes at least 15 mins each way once you even find where they are, as the instructions are very confusing i wasted over an hour trying to find the keys & going to the wrong convenience store, the check in is all ready really late 3pm check, by the time i eventually found the keys & got inside the room it was after 4.30 pm and i was exhausted, this spoiled the first afternoon. There are was no ice trays in the room so i then had to drag a bag of ice from a 7/11 2 blocks away in order to have a cold drink and enjoy the view, but it was almost 6.30 pm at this point. I had to use the apartment alone even though it was supposed to be with my parter and her 5 year old as i accidentally booked the wrong date, i tried to change the date with in 24 hours of making the booking to a date that was available on the calendar however the owners, against booking.com 's recommendation refused to change the date so i had to travel alone which was a complete waste of the hotel room which had 2 bedrooms my partner and her daughter missed out entirely as i couldn't afford to rebook again and take 2 weeks off, so they were extremely disappointed, i also had my teams christmas party booked which i had to cancel due to the mistake i made booking the wrong week. I travel full time for a living, this was by far my worst experience after 10 years in the travel industry, i would not recommend this place to any one, it is over priced , poorly equiped, uncomfortable and run by 2 of the worst human beings alive. The cleaners also arrived at 9.45 am kicking me out early, which considering they have a 3 pm check in is ridiculous, the next hotel i stayed at let me check in by 11.30 am, these guys are simply taking the piss and should be kicked off booking.com as far as i'm concerned, do you your self a favour & avoid this place at all costs.

Enjoyed the views and was a comfortable stay , pool and spa outdoors were clean and enjoyable . Positive: Clean and good amenities Negative: Nothing , property was lovely
