4BR Cozy house 5mins to beach

Great choice for a large group or family Positive: Great location only a few minutes drive to Surfers Paradise. Nice modern house with plenty of room and supplies Negative: Couches downstairs was a little small and uncomfortable, a fair bit of traffic noise from the main road from the master bedroom

Great location, poorly maintained property that doesn’t look like the photos. Positive: The bedrooms and and bathrooms were presented neatly. That bathrooms were stocked with shower products which was a nice added convenience Negative: The furniture in this home is not how it is pictured in the listing. The couch downstairs and the smaller chair next to it were both extremely dirty, with the couch actually having a cover over it instead of being the white couch pictured. I never once sat on it because if the smaller chair was uncovered with a few stains, I hate to wonder what the larger couch had under the cover. The chairs upstairs are also really dated showing noticeable wear and tear. The walls all over the house littered with holes and stains, including stains on the carpet, which haven’t been rectified from previous stays - though I’m sure the host has kept the $1000 deposit from people without actually fixing any damage. The toilet paper is single ply - a public toilet has better facilities. The ‘bedding’ on each of the beds is actually two flat sheets with dirty, old, yellowing comforters in between. The pillows are basically flat and you’ll have a sore neck after sleeping on them. The lamps in the pictures don’t even plug into the wall and need adaptors.

we were happy and felt comfortable in the house. Positive: clean and fully equipped kitchen, easy access to restaurants and supermarket and quiet neighborhood Negative: theres nothing we did not like but we want to suggest the following 1- international power adapter 2- TV on the second floor

Lovely place to stay and really clean Positive: Kitchen facilities and accessibility to shops and restaurants. Clean bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Negative: The only thing was we couldn’t connect to the Wifi property
