Luxe 4BR Townhouse Mins to Trains & Shopping Malls

We booked this apartment expecting a smooth check-in process. However, when we called to confirm everything was all good Positive: nothing. However, when we called to confirm everything was all good for our 3pm arrival, we were shocked to receive a call back at 2:50pm saying there was an urgent maintenance issue. This last-minute notice was incredibly inconvenient and stressful. To make matters worse, the owner was very unaccommodating and didn’t offer any help in sorting out alternative accommodation or any other solution. Their attitude made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service ruined what was supposed to be a simple and pleasant experience. I would not recommend booking this apartment to anyone.

Nice stay except after 2 weeks after our check out, the $1000 deposit still not refund to us. Positive: Clean & New. As it is in the picture. Location is good. Easy to find food in the area Negative: The $1000 deposit refund still not received from booking.com after 2 weeks even I was told refund only takes up to 2 days. Unpleasant experience on this matter. Sms & email them but no response.
