River&City View newly 2BR Apartment South Bris

Good location, too noisy from trains to enjoy Positive: The property was in a good location, had lovely views of the river and city and was clean. Negative: The trains going past constantly were extremely noisy. You can’t have the doors and windows open or sit out on the balcony due to the noise. There was only 1 glass in the apartment for drinking out of.

Positive: Really good communication from host, even when I ask loads of annoying questions!

Great value - will book again. Positive: Great location, easy walk to South Brisbane station. Negative: Key collection needs to be clearer (on a lock box across the street on a fence - FYI future travellers :) )

Unit was fine but overall experience felt dodgy. Would not stay again. Negative: Checkin process was torture. Requesting all ID and credit card data, then sending multiple emails that I hadn’t completed it! Charged $20.71 credit card fees on $690 booking. No safety lock on the unit door, didn’t feel that secure. Olivia the host wanted to charge me $50 per hour for earlier than 3pm check-in!!! No bed side tables. Right next to train line, not too noisy but balcony useless. Too many repetitive emails from host.

Had a comfortable stay. Loved the view and facilities. Positive: Great location, easy access and parking. Loved the pool and facilities and location to great restaurants. Negative: Would have loved a bedside table lamp for reading :)
