it was a nice stay but for even 3k, the cleanliness and maintenance of your home should be better. Positive: I liked the views and the pool. Negative: Throughout my stay here, we noticed a lot of problems of the house. Black mold in lounge roof, dirty cup with mold in the laundry, the curtains don’t operate and the remotes for them did not work, the front rolling gate had to be manually shut with remote at the gate had been off hinge, the mechanism the curtains were on looked like they were going to fall off and the railing for stairs we didn’t even touch or grab cause they were hanging almost.

A spacious gem in the GC Positive: The pool was excellent and having a washing machine and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our group! The morning and afternoon sun was gorgeous and everything for our stay was spectacular. Olivia had incredible customer service and was an attentive host who was always only one call away. We have already rebooked the property for next year. It was so close to Surfers Paradise, Main Beach and a very short drive to Harbourtown Outlet Shopping Mall. We loved everything about the stay! Negative: The handrail on the stairs was damaged previously, however we reported this to the property manager and she was excellent in actioning a solution. The bins were not emptied by the council rubbish service, despite putting them out the night before collection. There was a lack of cooking and serving utensils in the kitchen (more pots, pans and serving platters would've been nice, but no real biggie. We coped fine)
