Stunning 1BD Haven with Panoramic City Views

First the good... The unit itself is in good condition. The bathroom is very modern and the kitchen is good too. The city views are great. There is a heated infinity pool on the roof which also has great city views. Now the less good... The check-in process is onerous, but if you follow all of the instructions it works. You will have to find a lock box attached to a fence among many others, and all are outside without cover (not good if having to search while its raining). Unfortunately, if you drive onto the property to then collect the (single) key from the lockbox you have to temporarily park illegally and block a lane, which will block people entering/exiting the parking garage. The interior is tired. The sofa is old and covered with a blanket of some kind to hide it. The paint is peeling from a table. The carpet has marks. The ironing board has burn stains. The soap dish is missing from the shower enclosure. I would stay there again but not pay more than $140/night. It would be worth more if interior improvements were made and an easier check-in process was put in place.

Very Bad instructions to check in, parking access remote doesnt work and they did not help to replace. It was a hassle to get in and out of the parking. Panaromic view was good.

Lovely property for a single or couple looking to explore Brisbane or on a work trip. Close to supermarkets and good coffee shops. Property is self contained with a good variety of cooking utensils and a full sized kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster, washing machine, dryer and clothesline. Host on hand and very friendly to deal with.

Great views and comfortable secure location Positive: Location and view Negative: Difficult to find lock box as when Canva opens in google maps you can’t see the photos so make sure if you book this place you look at all the photos of the lockbox location The dishes were clean but still in the dishwasher when I arrived there was only one clothes hanger which was impossible as I was there for 4 days there was no hairdryer and there was only one dishwasher tablet meaning you could only use the dishwasher when you were leaving the property as you are told to put dishes in dishwasher and put it on when you leave.
