Spacious 4BR family retreat near mall@Forest Lake

I paid big $$$ for this property to be able to relax in, but felt I had been cheated by the photos of the house, and won Positive: Its spacious. Negative: -House was very smelly as nobody lived in there for a while, and staff/agent can not be bother to visit the house in advance to turn on the fan/ac. -Downlight electric wires are hang in mid air, not sure whether it’s part of the welcome decoration? -Ensuite in master bathroom is so smelly even fan was on -2nd toilet has no exhaust fan -Kitchen is not in a usable conditions , shower head holder is not able to hold its head. -Cockroaches at night time in the smallest bedroom next to the garage.

A pleasurable stay in a home away from home. Refreshing. Positive: Plenty of space, lots of rooms. Was conveniently located for us. Clean and easy to maintain tidiness, with a good washing machine, and all we needed. Locking garage made going out and bringing shopping in quick and easy. Car safe from storms and theft. Good natural cooling house, well insulated with easy airflow. Felt secure/safe. Negative: Air conditioners didn’t seem to work, so used the ceiling fans which did a good job (one has an annoying squeak). House actually has good natural cooling tho, sometimes difficult to find the off setting for fans, and some light switches in difficult/unusual locations. Some windows unable to open(locked) and one screen door missing wheels.

Highly recommend this holiday house, I'd stay there again!! Positive: It was really homey and clean and truly spacious in the living areas. Everything we needed was there. And the communication with the sweet owner was so smooth which made for an amazing experience. Just a few minor fixes to be done but nothing that impacted our stay and owners were willing to fix anything necessary. Amazingly located too which makes it easy to get around. So much potential!

Property is ok but the charge is more than what listed on the web during reservation

可以 Positive: 一起还好 Negative: 住宿手续太麻烦，比警察查人还严格， 什么护照，年龄，身份，都要报告的详细。更离谱的就是要押金$1000， ，今后应该简单入住。不需要押金那么多。 房子不错，我们还是给了他高分评价。
