Positive: The unit had everything you'd need for a holiday.
Negative: The instructions to the carpark entry weren't clear and we went into the wrong one initially.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment.
Positive: The property was very clean and spacious. The apartment was well stocked and had just about everything you could think of. And the proximity to West Village.
Negative: For long stays it would have been great to have some extra replenishments (coffee, tea, etc.), tissue boxes and garbage bags. And some paper kitchen towels.

Would not recommend
Positive: Room was clean and comfortable
Negative: Check in process was in shambles. Could not check in U til 3pm which is already late. Then found key was not in lock box. Difficult to contact third party agent to arrange keys. No where free to park and wait. Waited over an hr for someone to come with keys.
