Good Value! Convenient City Central 2BR Apt

Positive: Dies war mittlerweile die 21. Unterkunft auf unserer Reise – und wir können mit Überzeugung sagen, dass es die beste war. Die Wohnung war unglaublich gemütlich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts: Von sämtlichen Küchenutensilien über Waschmaschine und Trockner bis hin zu vielen weiteren praktischen Details war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die sehr bequemen Betten, in denen wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Alles hat von der Buchung bis zum Check-out reibungslos funktioniert. Die Lage könnte zudem kaum besser sein – absolute Bestlage in Brisbane mit allem Wichtigen direkt in der Nähe. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt!

Negative: No reception to leave luggage as stated in description. Host refused to send check in instructions until well after check in time. Had to sit in another hotels reception for over an hour while we waiting to be sent the check in instructions. Online check in system didn't work, had to text a selfie 6 times and the hosts phone couldn't receive them. Very frustrating set up. Wants to charge $100 for a late check out (midday) even though no guests were staying after.

Positive: Clean and convenient

Positive: Located at the heart of CBD, the apartment is very convenient and walkable to many places. It is well equipped with basic essentials and suitable for family with 4 members. It is a lovely place to stay in Brisbane city. Negative: The property seems to forget us when checking in. We have been stuck at the reception for more than one and half hours with no response and reply at all. It's a terrible experience and a waste of time.

Great Location. Positive: Fantastic location, nice appartments. Negative: Not a lot of cutlery. Check-in and out very difficult and stressful. Communication with staff was difficult.
