Great Location. Positive: Fantastic location, nice appartments. Negative: Not a lot of cutlery. Check-in and out very difficult and stressful. Communication with staff was difficult.

Disappointed Positive: Great location Negative: Poor management. Our check in was delayed an hour because they couldn’t find the key. We then had to wait for someone to bring us the spare key. No parking close by. A week after we left someone called asking where our key was - after I explained we returned it to the shop across the road (as instructed) they asked us about “the other key” my guess is they still hadn’t found the original key. Check in process was very confusing & way to many emails and text messages.

Positive: position of accomodation Negative: Didn't realise it was a private booking and I found the collection of keys and booking in was confusing. We got there in the end and had a good stay

Positive: Communication with the owner and checkin instructions were clear and easy via the app. A simple arrangement to pick up the key from the all-night shop across the road. The apartment was clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised.

It was sufficient for a short stay. The booking information was very misleading. This is an airbnb Positive: The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed. Negative: The instructions to get the keys were difficult. The secrecy about the procedure, and only supplying the information 24 hours beforehand was strange and unwelcome. Why? And then all the information we had to provide, plus payment up front. And then having to sign a very one-sided contract after having paid. The constract safeguards the property completely - all liability on our side. The toilet in the bathroom wasn't flushed after last use when we arrived.. The wash basin was cracked. The seating furniture is due for replacement. Glasses and cutlery could have been cleaned better. The TV had constatnt freeze frames. The normal DTV channels were unavailable, and the available channels weren't worth watching. The wifi was abominable - it just kept failing/switching off,. The problem is because the connection to internet was through 4G - too weak - and overused. And why? An upgrade to NBN is (almost) free of charge.
