Good Value! Convenient City Central 2BR Apt

Negative: No reception to leave luggage as stated in description. Host refused to send check in instructions until well after check in time. Had to sit in another hotels reception for over an hour while we waiting to be sent the check in instructions. Online check in system didn't work, had to text a selfie 6 times and the hosts phone couldn't receive them. Very frustrating set up. Wants to charge $100 for a late check out (midday) even though no guests were staying after.

Positive: Clean and convenient

Positive: Located at the heart of CBD, the apartment is very convenient and walkable to many places. It is well equipped with basic essentials and suitable for family with 4 members. It is a lovely place to stay in Brisbane city. Negative: The property seems to forget us when checking in. We have been stuck at the reception for more than one and half hours with no response and reply at all. It's a terrible experience and a waste of time.

Great Location. Positive: Fantastic location, nice appartments. Negative: Not a lot of cutlery. Check-in and out very difficult and stressful. Communication with staff was difficult.

Disappointed Positive: Great location Negative: Poor management. Our check in was delayed an hour because they couldn’t find the key. We then had to wait for someone to bring us the spare key. No parking close by. A week after we left someone called asking where our key was - after I explained we returned it to the shop across the road (as instructed) they asked us about “the other key” my guess is they still hadn’t found the original key. Check in process was very confusing & way to many emails and text messages.
