Positive: Location and overall comfort and convenience Negative: The process for accessing and returning the keys using locked box in mail box could be better explained and improved. There was no compendium or instructions for TV so difficult to access free to air TV options

Negative: layout of the 2nd bedroom did not allow for access to the wardrobe as one of the beds was up against it

Neat and tidy and easy to access Positive: Location and presentation Negative: If I had a complaint it would be the lack of flexibility to leave our bags and drop our car off 2 hrs before check in

Super spacious and comfortable, convenient and bang for buck! Hosts are amazing too! Positive: - Awesome layout - spacious - great location - amazing host/staff - super comfortable beds - multiple rooms and bathrooms - easy to get you - visitor parking & own parking - awesome shampoo, conditioner and body wash products (good quality - purchased it myself after this trip) - furniture was good quality and comfortable Negative: - bathroom and toilet areas could have used a deeper clean (was not terrible but was something I picked up on - slight residue inside the toilet and also in the shower and bathtub

Positive: Position. Unit had everything required Negative: Booking in process. The fact that a deposit has to be paid should be very clearly explained at the time of booking with booking com. I think having to send the back and front of a licence is a recipe for disaster with scamming. I vacuumed the unit prior to leaving and had to clean it out. It was filthy. I think a soft broom and dust pan and brush could be provided to give the place a quick clean.
