Cityscape & Ocean View Deluxe 2-Bedroom Apartment

Positive: Very clean. The view was amazing. The owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Negative: The parking was hard. We had to pay The Star $60 a night to use their car park. The Star Staff were helpful and accomadating.

Positive: Location. Service. View. Overall property is clean. Negative: If better cooking pots/kettle can be supplied.

Positive: Good view Negative: The bedroom pillows were very old, completely worn down, and stained. The quilt cover underneath also had visible stains, and the room itself was dusty. Even the bathroom bin was old and rusty, which was not appealing. There were also several rules, including instructions to place rubbish in the chute, but no clear directions on where the chute was located. On the night before check-out, I confirmed with the host that I could return the keys to the same shop where I collected them on Thursday. She confirmed this. However, when I arrived at 5:10am to drop off the keys, the shop was closed despite a large sign stating that the Friendly Grocer was open from 5am to midnight every day. I contacted the host multiple times but received no response. We had no choice but to leave the keys with security. This situation caused us to miss our flights and pay for new ones. The only response I received from the host was, “sorry for the inconvenience,” which did nothing to compensate for our lost time and money. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will never book with this host again. Booking.com was informed, and they confirmed the host refused any reimbursement. I would not recommend booking with them unless you want unnecessary stress and trauma. They were more concerned about getting there keys back more than anything else, .

We had a very enjoyable stay.great location and very comfortable and affordable stay. Positive: The location was great. Just a little trouble organising the car park. Negative: A few things needed to be fixed like the blind in the main bedroom. And the windows wouldn't open for fresh air.
