Cityscape & Ocean View Deluxe 2-Bedroom Apartment

Dissapointing Positive: Unit not as clean as it should be. Normally wouldn’t care but since I was charged the extra $50 I felt worthy of commenting. Very disappointing as we collected the keys an hour early & wee charged a $50 fee & a condescending text message. Positive: Perfect location. Apartment was great and very clean. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Lovely room. Really nice and excellent location. Negative: Little bit difficult to find our way to the correct lifts for tower.

The location for our holiday was spot on and the value for money can’t be faulted. Positive: The location to the tram, shopping centre and entertainment precinct was fantastic. The night skyscape was beautiful and seeing a sunrise from the veranda was gorgeous. Having access to the hotels heated pool, spa, sauna and gym was worthwhile.

Would have been better if 2 keys available. If I had have been asked how many keys are required at check in that would h Positive: Cleanliness and comfort Negative: No car park No second key when 2 bedroom and 2 guests registered
