Riverfront Oasis: Spacious 5BR Luxury w/ 10m Pool

Had potential but was a bit ruined with a nonfunctional AC Positive: It looks nice, the pool is amazing and the location is great. Negative: The Aircondition Unit only worked in half the house, and then only on ice cold. I went back to the house from a family reunion and was there for 2 hours whilst a AC guy was there to look at the unit. According to him the unit is at least half the size it should be for the house, and the half of the house that was very warm had almost nothing. So I knew it would be 40 degrees inside the house for the rest of they stay, but the owners kept saying "we are looking for a solution", for 3 days… and never came back to me with a solution. So yeah, Sydney in summer time with no AC was way too hot

Positive: Very quiet; we were able to see the milky way from the backyard at night. Beautiful views of the river / nature.

other than bad checkin experience, airbnb was clean and pretty. Positive: The pool was relatively clean, nice cold water, and it was very fun. The house was pretty, just like in the photos. Spacious, many rooms, and everything was to my standards. The kitchen was lovely, and the outside patio was gorgeous for sitting and relaxing. Everything was nice and modern, and I had a very decent stay. Negative: The check-in was very messy, had to wait an hour in hot weather since the owner had not completed reviewing documents, even though we sent them 24 hours prior, and we were in contact and updating them of our arrival time. Other than that everything else was fine. Lots of insects seen, and lack of communication with the owner. AC was horrible in the heat in the living/kitchen for the first few days. TV had a green line in the middle of the screen.

Second time staying here and I absolutely love the house. Positive: The property is stunning. The backyard is a literal oasis.m surrounded by beautiful greenery and a river. The pillows are fluffy like a cloud Negative: The mattresses in a few of the rooms have a plastic covering on them which makes them very uncomfortable to sleep on and with every toss and turn you can hear it scrunching underneath you.
