Great location - Great apartment - Very helpful host.
Positive: Location was great for what we needed, close to everything that we required.
The apartment is spacious and well maintained, cannot find fault at all.
Our host was a great help with any queries we had and was a fantastic help in securing a second set of keys at short notice.

Great location and facilities handy to transport and South Bank.
Positive: Very handy location.
That it was self contained and had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.
Having a car space was great.
Olivia was efficient and responded quickly to enquiries.
Negative: Lounge/dining furniture was very basic. One of the chair legs needs tightening.
Outdoor area needed attention - water blasting to freshen it up. Some pot plants etc to make it more welcoming.
The photo showing where lock box is located was out of date and made locating the key confusing. Instructions/photo need updating

Positive: We had late glitches with sending photo ID before getting check-in and sending photos of key placement so felt abit suspicious .. maybe over cautious but we loved the stay … great location for walking everywhere.

Terrible check in services. Poor communication. Comfortable stay. Excellent location.
Positive: Comfortable facilities in an excellent location
Negative: Check-in and subsequent communication with Host stay. As 2 disabled older women we requested either a place to leave luggage or earlier check in than 3pm. Were told to ask on the day. We were denied the request so waited for 2 hours in a nearby cafe until 3… then walked to the lock box - one block from the location to find no key. Then waited 40 minutes after check in time - standing with luggage and mobility access equipment until the cleaner arrived with the key. Rang the emergency number 3 times. Each time was advised they would call me back with information and they never did… it was only through repeated calling/texting that I found out the cleaner was on the way.
