Central Located 2BR APT for Urban-Living @SouthBNE

Positive: We had late glitches with sending photo ID before getting check-in and sending photos of key placement so felt abit suspicious .. maybe over cautious but we loved the stay … great location for walking everywhere.

Terrible check in services. Poor communication. Comfortable stay. Excellent location. Positive: Comfortable facilities in an excellent location Negative: Check-in and subsequent communication with Host stay. As 2 disabled older women we requested either a place to leave luggage or earlier check in than 3pm. Were told to ask on the day. We were denied the request so waited for 2 hours in a nearby cafe until 3… then walked to the lock box - one block from the location to find no key. Then waited 40 minutes after check in time - standing with luggage and mobility access equipment until the cleaner arrived with the key. Rang the emergency number 3 times. Each time was advised they would call me back with information and they never did… it was only through repeated calling/texting that I found out the cleaner was on the way.

Flott leilighet og beliggenhet Positive: Beliggenheten var super, kort vei til alle restauranter, ned til elven og til fergen. Negative: Nøkkelboksen var vanskelig å finne, bør finne en mer tilgjengelig plass å henge nøkkelboksen

Great location Negative: Less traffic noise

Overall it was excellent Positive: It was spacious, clean and good location. Beds were comfortable. Negative: There was a strange smell in the apartment that was very strong every time you came back in.
