Positive: Lovation neat and tidy very comfortable. Negative: Chevking in and out with keys complicated confusing and time consuming a simplified process would be better

Positive: Position / cleanliness / shower was nice / shampoo conditioner and body wash was really lovely / bed comfy.

Beaucoup de stress Positive: Bel établissement confortable Negative: Des frais de menages non indiqués de 139$ vous seront facturés sur une autre plate-forme que Booking. Le remboursement est impossible. Réussir à entrer dans l’établissement est un véritable calvaire. C’est comme une chasse aux trésor. Tu te rends à une adresse qui est celle de l’hôtel mais tu dois aller chercher les clefs à une autre adresse, puis ensuite une autre adresse pour le parking. Mais pour avoir les clefs tu dois trouver la boîte aux lettres avec le dispositif de barrure qui contient la clef. Et là bin… bonne chance pour avoir le code. On me donnait des lettres alors que le dispositif ne prends que des chiffres. Après une heure on a eu le code. Ça du passer par le personnel de l’entretien manager si vous êtes à pied et que vous avez beaucoup de bagages oubliez. Il n’y a pas de réception ça ressemble plus à un Airbnb dans un énorme complexe hôtelier où vous n’avez pas d’aide sauf un numéro de téléphone avec quelqu’un qui ne sait pas trop comment vous aider. Remettre les clefs au départ peut aussi représenter un défi si vous avez des bagages ou si votre vol est tôt.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Positive: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE I arrived to this place on the day we booked and it was a big mess handled terribly and the most unprofessional experience I have ever had on this or any booking platform. They could not let me in and left me waiting outside the place for TWO HOURS and only after I went back to the location some random lady who turned out to be the property manager of some sort said they didn’t have any key and tried to get me to stay at her house instead of the accommodation I paid money for all because they “lost the key”. Turns out they have been airbnbing this place out without the consent of the building and the residents there do not like Airbnb guests and stole the key. Ground staff has no idea or communication with staff on the phone. They will do anything to blame you and avoid responsibility. Ruined our entire trip. Avoid at all costs. AVOID Negative: Terrible experience all around WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Very happy with my choice and would come again. Positive: Very well situated. Clean and quiet. Negative: Info about access wasn’t correct but the owner was contactable and was able to sort this out.
