Love it Negative: Key access was a bit challenging for someone my age

Spend your money elsewhere. Positive: Did not even get to access the property when we arrived. After paying the monies for a two day stay was then sent a link that would not open for a further $500 for a potential cleaning fee. Save your money and beware. Owner very unhelpful. Negative: As above. Incredibly disappointed. Booking.com not helpful either.

thanks Positive: Overall good Negative: Key pick-up was dark and seemed unprofessional (chained to bike in alley) Couldn't fit hire car in basement (2.3m Vs 2.2m height limit....might be worth stating that on apt features) Link to separate website hosting passwords, access instructions, etc did not seem to work on i-phone, only on laptop....this caused delay on arrival Biggest issue for me was unexpected $500 bond and credit card transaction charges - I don't remember this being stated on booking.com - not very transparent?
