Modern & Homely 2BR APT w/Parking @Bowen Hills

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Positive: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE I arrived to this place on the day we booked and it was a big mess handled terribly and the most unprofessional experience I have ever had on this or any booking platform. They could not let me in and left me waiting outside the place for TWO HOURS and only after I went back to the location some random lady who turned out to be the property manager of some sort said they didn’t have any key and tried to get me to stay at her house instead of the accommodation I paid money for all because they “lost the key”. Turns out they have been airbnbing this place out without the consent of the building and the residents there do not like Airbnb guests and stole the key. Ground staff has no idea or communication with staff on the phone. They will do anything to blame you and avoid responsibility. Ruined our entire trip. Avoid at all costs. AVOID Negative: Terrible experience all around WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Very happy with my choice and would come again. Positive: Very well situated. Clean and quiet. Negative: Info about access wasn’t correct but the owner was contactable and was able to sort this out.

Love it Negative: Key access was a bit challenging for someone my age

Spend your money elsewhere. Positive: Did not even get to access the property when we arrived. After paying the monies for a two day stay was then sent a link that would not open for a further $500 for a potential cleaning fee. Save your money and beware. Owner very unhelpful. Negative: As above. Incredibly disappointed. Booking.com not helpful either.
