Modern & Homely 2BR APT w/Parking @Bowen Hills

Perfect stay and would recommend! Positive: The Apartment is wonderful and has everything you need for a short stay. Location is perfect, lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The host was always friendly and responsive, would recommend! Negative: -

Top Spot with great amenities, and a clean, well presented apartment. Positive: The location of the property is excellent - far enough away from the valley to be a bit quieter, but a close enough to everything. The facilities (pool and bbq area/car parking/washer and dryer in the room) made the stay exceptional. Negative: The loungeroom aircon didn't seem to be working very well and the fan in the loungeroom didn't work at all, so the north-east facing balcony meant the apartment built up heat quickly - even in winter.

Positive: Great apartment overlooking the Brisbane Showgrounds. Negative: It should have been better communicated that the Key Pick Up Area is a Different Address than Your Apartment. Only a 2 minute walk away, but was more confusing than it needed to be.

Positive: Lovation neat and tidy very comfortable. Negative: Chevking in and out with keys complicated confusing and time consuming a simplified process would be better
