Charming & Cozy 3BR Inner-City Haven, 3km to CBD!

I would not recommend if a big group is staying. It was difficult with only one bathroom and one mirror for 6 people. It Positive: We liked the location of the property, we were given 2 sets of keys, there was parking available Negative: The check-in process was a bit too much. We were asked to confirm arrival and how many quests were staying a few times. Pillows were uncomfortable and it was inconvenient that there was only bathroom for the amount of people that can stay at this accommodation. We had 6 guests. There was not enough mirrors (only the bathroom mirror.

Will hopefully return Positive: Had a great stay in this perfect holiday house. Modern, stylish, well equipped and very clean. Clever sleeping configuration means it could sleep more than the 4 of us adults (good for families). Appreciated the little touches of tea, coffee, milk etc. Very big outside seating area. We really enjoyed the location. Walk to restaurants and takeaways including 10 minutes to a very modern shopping centre. We also took 10 minute taxis to the centre of Brisbane and also walked in taking around 30 minutes. Would stay again. Very good communication from the owners and great recommendation for breakfast (Lift cafe) Negative: It is the top floor of a house so you do need to be respectful of your neighbours downstairs

Cozy family stay Positive: An absolutely beautiful place, so charming, had a lot of carácter, very clean and spacious. Our family was visiting us from overseas, and it was great to be able to accomodate them here. Perfect location, so convenient to shops, restaurants and the main sightseeings of Brisbane. Generally the place was very fresh and clean. Superb. Negative: Check in was a bit of a headache. Process was overly complicated. Also on arrival, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing, it was very stinky, and the rubbish flew around the front yard, not a nice experience getting in.

Fantastic stay that was great for our group of 5 and easily get into the cafes and restaurants. Definitely recommend Positive: Great property for a big group. Beautiful views and in walking distance to lots and bus stops

Comfortable home away from home Positive: We stayed here during a conference on the south bank so enjoyed our home away from home only 20 min walk from the venue. Nice shopping street with cafes right around the corner and close to go for runs along the riverbank. The house had all the facilities we needed and was clean and comfortable. Negative: Since it was winter it was too cold to use the outside table and we had to squeeze around the small kitchen table. It worked but was cozy. A seperate toilet would also be useful when staying with more people. As would extra garbage bags, laundry liquid and detergent, but overall these were minor things.
