Positive: Place was clean
Negative: I was very disappointed with the booking and registration process. What should have been a simple registration turned into hours of back‑and‑forth emails, even after the fee was already paid.
I understand ID verification is necessary, but the repeated requests — including “selfies” — felt excessive and made the process far more complicated than it needed to be.
The place itself was fine, but the process to finalise the registration was frustrating and unnecessarily time‑consuming. I wouldn’t go through this again.

Allowed us to have an enjoyable couple of days at the Ashes.
