Riverview Casa/Walk to Mater & Children Hospital

Not impressed with check in. Failing batteries on door locks. Old apartment with old doors. Handles on doors in disrepai Negative: The difficulty it took to get in to the room. Money was taken from my account before we had to complete a form to get into the property. Perhaps complete all details when it is booked instead of the day you are supposed to check in. The property was on a Main Street with no where to park. The management needs to rethink their system of operations to make it simpler for guests.

The convenience to the Mater Hospital was absolutely excellent for my family visiting my sister… The unit felt very comf Positive: It felt very homely and comfortable Negative: That we couldn’t open the door from kitchen to verandah and the glass on door was filthy

Positive: The location of the apartment. Negative: The house windows too old then any little noise on the street affecting inside the apartment. Also not too clean, not enough cooking staff.

Okay stay, but not as comfortable as expected Positive: Location was handy, it was clean and tidy. Negative: The property was well presented, however we found the overall stay less comfortable than expected. The bed was extremely firm and it was noticeable that it was made up of two beds pushed together, which impacted sleep quality. Pillows were also quite minimal and very flat. The check-in process required completing multiple links and forms to access property information, which felt a little cumbersome compared to a more straightforward hotel stay. Unfortunately, between the comfort issues and the check-in process, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations and we would likely opt for a hotel next time for ease and comfort.

Positive: Cleanliness, location, convience. Negative: A few areas under the house where the dog could escape out of the yard.
