Riverview Casa/Walk to Mater & Children Hospital

Home away from home Positive: I loved the retro, homey vibe. If you like a 'home away from home', this is perfect. As a female on my own the building felt safe and secure. Very easy walk to the uni where I was based for the week. Everything I needed. Everything comfy. 💜

Great place Positive: Very spacious place, good location Negative: The lounge was very old and low

One small container of milk in fridge not enough for a two day stay, as no convenience shop nearby Negative: Difficulty with having to put in access codes in 3 different locations, especially at night time. Very poor lighting on the stairs leading up to the apartment external access door, and no hand rails to help elderly people getting up or down the stairs in safety.

We will come back again. Everything kicked our box. Positive: The property is a boutique apartment in a fantastic location. Parking was provided, and if extra was needed wasn’t too hard to find. Negative: I just felt the sofa bed could be updated a little uncomfortable. And if could double glaze windows would cut down traffic noise. But you expect that when you’re in a good location and an old-fashioned apartment

Loved it, would gladly stay again - thank you Positive: Beautiful property and very homely. Negative: Some solar sensor lighting required outside near entrances and doors. A grab rail or hand rail to climb in and out of shower/bath - safety mat in bath tub for non slipping. Very dangerous getting in shower and out without anything to grab onto.
