Riverview Casa/Walk to Mater & Children Hospital

One small container of milk in fridge not enough for a two day stay, as no convenience shop nearby Negative: Difficulty with having to put in access codes in 3 different locations, especially at night time. Very poor lighting on the stairs leading up to the apartment external access door, and no hand rails to help elderly people getting up or down the stairs in safety.

We will come back again. Everything kicked our box. Positive: The property is a boutique apartment in a fantastic location. Parking was provided, and if extra was needed wasn’t too hard to find. Negative: I just felt the sofa bed could be updated a little uncomfortable. And if could double glaze windows would cut down traffic noise. But you expect that when you’re in a good location and an old-fashioned apartment

Loved it, would gladly stay again - thank you Positive: Beautiful property and very homely. Negative: Some solar sensor lighting required outside near entrances and doors. A grab rail or hand rail to climb in and out of shower/bath - safety mat in bath tub for non slipping. Very dangerous getting in shower and out without anything to grab onto.

Heritage charm Positive: Great location for what our stay was for, everything we needed was walking distance. Loved the homely feel of the place. Staff did their best to accommodate after our room was double booked we ended up taking the 2bed which resulted in me having to sleep on the couch but that didn't dampen our stay. Would stay there again. Negative: Being from the country the traffic noise made it hard to sleep at night, will definitely be more prepared for that next time.

We enjoyed our stay very much in Brisbane ! Positive: The location gave us a beautiful view of a section of the Brisbane river ..which was really lovely. Negative: The ironing board was not new nor had it been fitted with a new ironing board cover! The one offered was not able to be attached and fell off whilst trying …to iron shirts etc ..it was very worn and should not have been offered to your customers who visit an expensive location to experience a holiday in Brisbane !!! Please attend to this prior to your next visitors !!!
