Positive: Good location and Good amenities. Negative: The whole check in process. 24hrs before they asked for photo ID and forms to fill in. Photos weren’t good enough, a pain to re do and feels sketchy. If I knew the process I wouldn’t have booked. Bed was quite uncomfy.

Mooi sfeervol appartement! Midden in de stad Positive: Een mooi sfeervol pand midden in de stad. Heerlijke bedden en netjes schoon allemaal! Behalve de tegels op ons balkon! Op het balkon heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de rivier! Wat met name s’avonds erg sfeervol is ! Negative: Jammer is eerlijk gezegd wel dat het erg gehorig is. Het ligt aan een drukke weg wat toch behoorlijk geluid overlast geeft! Omdat het een ouder pand is , zal de (geluid ) isolatie minder zijn! Toen wij er verbleven was het ook erg winderig, en dat kon je toch ook goed merken helaas! Verder is de keuken uitrusting minimaal, wat zo opgelost zou kunnen worden!

Helpful host, great location Positive: Great location, close to where I needed to be. Super helpful host. Negative: The stomping on the floor, moving furniture scraping on the floor and dropping things from the neighbours upstairs all night into the early hours of the morning and then starting again the following morning. The traffic noise.

Charming accommodation in a concrete jungle Positive: This apartment has such great charm, beautiful timber floors and a cute balcony overlooking the river. The location was fantastic, only a short walk to Southbank parklands, across the Goodwill Bridge to the Botanic Gardens and we walked to the Gabba as well. Negative: The upstairs guests were a bit stompy on the floor but they weren't up particularly late, it was just noticeable.
