Positive: Near and today. Good instructions Negative: Fairly basic amenities

Very uncomfortable with noise, mouldy ceiling in the only one small bathroom. Negative: Very noisy, next to highway, also noise from bad insulation with other units around and above, could hear footsteps, furniture moving. Only one small bathroom with moldy ceiling, shower in bathtub with rusty shower head. TV put too high on the wall, got tired eyes and neck to watch.

Great location and very accommodating Positive: Great location! And great sized place for a family of 4. Host was brilliant with communication and very friendly too!

Positive: The unit was spacious. Well equipped out. Spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities. Nice view. All rooms are air conditioned. Electronic entry to get in and out. Good location if you're OK to walk to surrounding areas. The garage was bigger than we were advised, so we fitted our RAV 4 hybrid in without any issues. Less mobile people need to know the shower is over the bath, but I believe you can see that in the photos. I have suggested to Olivia to provide a non-slip rubber mat for the bath if any guest needs it. Negative: COMPLEX and Frustrating communication. We booked through booking.com. But it then goes to a 3rd party that requires additional ID other than what you have provided to Booking.com. That made it complex. The host was overseas, so there was a communication barrier. I paid my security deposit, but I kept being asked for it numerous times. I had to make so many phone calls, but it did not fix the problem. There were negative reviews, so I sent messages to the host prior to booking, and she assured me that all those issues had been sorted out. Not so!!!!!. Then my security deposit didn't come through for 10 days. That also took many phone calls where numerous excuses were given. I had to get booking.com to intervene. The unit is lovely, but it wasn't worth the ongoing frustrating issues you have to deal with. .
