I regret booking this place Positive: Close to Southbank, easy to find. Good shower pressure. Negative: - no lift - we found a dead cockroach - mould in the bath/shower - noise from upstairs and road/ motorway - separate website with extensive requirements to complete including inputting credit card details which is against booking.com rules - garage was tight, we had a Honda CRV - rubbish bins were blocking the garage and we had to move it when we arrived and when we left - uphill/ downhill going to Southbank We didn’t finish our two nights stay, we left the next morning. The host is responsive but honestly I was put off with not being allowed to check in early even 15mins earlier. This is definitely an Airbnb type of accommodation, lots of rules you need to follow, they also have a price list for things when you break them. Will definitely not book again and would rather use a hotel with easier process. I regret booking this place.

Cozy atmospheric apartment Positive: The heritage apartment was pleasant, and the host polite and friendly. This is the second time I’ve visited the premises, and I am still satisfied.

Lovely place with easy access to city. Would definitely stay here again! Positive: Very spacious

Staying here made our short trip so enjoyable Positive: Price, location, security, car space, spotless, it had everything we needed.

Negative: Was asked to provide card details to pay a further $500 deposit via a private link after we had already paid for the accomodation via booking.com (against booking.com rules). We then called accomodation to speak to them and could not hear anything they were saying (sounded like an overseas number). We called booking.com who said it’s probably a scam and to request a refund and not stay
