Great feel about it Positive: Location to the hospital, felt like home. Negative: Hot water doesn’t last long-if there is some (had 1 very cold shower!)

Felt at home. Just an absolutely gorgeous place. Positive: Stunning, comfortable, clean. Excellent views, very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Negative: Can hear neighbours. A child running up and down floorboards upstairs, and a group of guys drinking until the early hours below. Couldn’t find a hairdryer.

Convenient location and good accommodation in a busy area. Good value for money and great communication from host. Positive: Great communication from host and simple check-in/check-out. Bright, airy unit with a nice view of the river and cliffs. Everything you need is provided, including a washer & dryer which makes it extremely convenient. We stayed with an infant and Olivia had a high chair and cot waiting for us, even though we didn’t ask! Heaters were also provided but when the doors are shut at night the rooms are surprisingly warm without the need for heating. Each time we messaged Olivia, she responded quickly and it was overall a very pleasant stay. Negative: Lots of traffic noise and you can clearly hear the people moving about upstairs. Light in the rooms around the blinds in the morning as the sun comes up but our baby slept through it all so it wasn’t too bad.

Olivia was very helpful if I needed assistance with any questions. Positive: The apartment was very cosy and comfortable. Negative: Close proximity to South Bank and restaurants

Positive: Good location and Good amenities. Negative: The whole check in process. 24hrs before they asked for photo ID and forms to fill in. Photos weren’t good enough, a pain to re do and feels sketchy. If I knew the process I wouldn’t have booked. Bed was quite uncomfy.
