Central Location! 1BR APT w/City view @South BNE

Clean place good location but check in was very confusing Positive: Clean Negative: Check in was a joke.

Nice and close to QPAC if you want to stay to attend a show as we did Positive: We loved how close it was to QPAC. Just a short walk and there was a bar we stopped at for cocktails on the way. The rooftop pool was beautiful. Woolworths just up the road. The unit itself was lovely and clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook a meal if you wanted to. Fresh towels and sheets and the bed was nice and soft with decent pillows. Negative: Nothing, the property was great

Do not book here Positive: The view. Nothing else Negative: It’s an Airbnb and comes with all the find the key nonsense. Plus a cleaning fee not baked into price. Flat was Dirty. Cat pee stained rug and ripped up couches. Smells. prison style shower and cheap mattress. I suspect there’s a scary reason they ask you not to strip the bed. This is a youth hostel with a great view

My stay was ok but I’ve had better elsewhere Positive: I liked the views Negative: The rug in living area is old and smells, lots of what looks like urine stains on the couch.

Very comfortable and clean apartment close to amenities Positive: Fantastic apartment with great views and everything you would want for a short stay. Great location
