Positive: Good location, easy to get to. Slightly fiddley getting keys, not as straight forward as other establishments. Could have had an ironing board, although it was great to have the iron.
Negative: booking process, where ID is required electronically,

Negative: Someone had thrown up in the lift and it was there for a day. Another day the lift did not work
