Negative: The bins are a major problem with this venue three weeks in a row and hopefully they are emptied for our next booking

Negative: The bins had failed to be emptied for two weeks in a row and that caused the birds to get into the bins and make a mess

Lovley house could be sooooo much better Positive: The house was beautiful. Lovley floorplan and great location between other showhomes and park across the road. Negative: 1) All the matresses were so cheap and so uncomfortable. I had to buy a mattress topper to go on our bed after the first night. The springs came straight through and we all suffered. 2) the garden was extremely disappointing. The furniture was rotten, the grass was moldy and disgusting and the fire put was full of cigarettes butts from previous renters. The floors tiles havnt been cleaned in a while either. I looked for a mop but there isn't one.

With a few improvements it would be excellent Positive: The house was very good. Clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities snd bathrooms excellent. The bed mattresses were thin and hard. The lounges were soft and not that comfortable. No blinds or window shades 4/5 rooms led to very early rises.

Negative: The yard and garden needs maintenance. The outdoor furniture around firepit was broken and dangerous.
