Horrible Positive: The property was in very poor condition for the age. The owner was horrible to deal with. Negative: Beds were horrible you wouldn’t wish your worst enemy to sleep on them. We had to pull a second duvet off a spare bed to try and make it more comfortable as the springs were coming through the mattress. The house was filthy as well.

Disappointed with ongoing rubbish problem Negative: Bins are never emptied as we have a ongoing booking each week and the bins are overflowing all the time. Complaints fall on deaf ears

Negative: The bins are a major problem with this venue three weeks in a row and hopefully they are emptied for our next booking

Negative: The bins had failed to be emptied for two weeks in a row and that caused the birds to get into the bins and make a mess

Lovley house could be sooooo much better Positive: The house was beautiful. Lovley floorplan and great location between other showhomes and park across the road. Negative: 1) All the matresses were so cheap and so uncomfortable. I had to buy a mattress topper to go on our bed after the first night. The springs came straight through and we all suffered. 2) the garden was extremely disappointing. The furniture was rotten, the grass was moldy and disgusting and the fire put was full of cigarettes butts from previous renters. The floors tiles havnt been cleaned in a while either. I looked for a mop but there isn't one.
