Sweeping Ocean view! Apt w/ Capark & rooftop pool

Spacious and convenient. Positive: Loved the spa on the roof. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Negative: The key was not at the allocated pick-up and then the allocated key drop off was closed. Likely a one off issue but took a lot of time to sort out.

Needs Improvement: Confusing Check-In and Poor Service Positive: The apartment was spacious. Negative: The property wasn’t cleaned properly; the floor was filthy, and the window was smudged. The check-in system and notes were confusing. Only one key was provided, even though the apartment was meant for four people. The staff on call wasn’t helpful and just repeated protocol without offering solutions. To make matters worse, we were accused of losing a hairdryer that wasn’t even in the apartment to begin with

worst stay ever Positive: This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had! We arrived with no communication of this being a staff free premises. We called the number listed as we couldn’t find reception for them to tell us there is no reception and is a staff free premises, we asked how we get into our apartment we had booked for the weekend which was in fact $700 for 2 night. The lady told us we need to complete an online stays link which they took a $500 security deposit from us. We called back once completing. It took her 30 minutes to send us information on how we would receive our key. She told us we need to find a lock box and enter in the given code. We attempted the code given on a lock box we found in the parking lot garage for it to be incorrect. After attempting the code multiple times we called back saying the code doesn’t work and if someone could come down and help us. She said no - at this point we have been trying to get into our accomodation for 2 hrs. After back and forth with the lady on the phone she then told us we needed to go to a tobacconist store to get the key. She told us there was one next door that we get it from. It was pissing down rain and 6pm at night and no sight of a tobacco store. We drove 7minutes were we found one, asked the staff and they had no idea what we were talking about. I called back the lady demanding a full refund as she was not helping us with the situation, she refused the refund and told us to google maps tobacconist southport. We told her we done that and this is the store it took us to. She then sent us a link for another tobacconist, we drove for another 10 minutes to find the store she was talking about and received our key. After 4hrs of finding our accommodation key, it was not worth it. We thought we had been scammed The unit was dirty with questionable staines on the carpet and bed (some looking like blood splatter) it was like a scavenger hunt/escape room, except we were trying to get in. Positive: 안내데스크 없고 카드키를 우편함에서 찾아가는거였는데 카드키가 없어서 3시간 뒤인 6시에 체크인 했어요 아무런 조치도 없이 연락도 잘 안되고 기다리게 하고 커피 마시며 기다리라고 50불 제시만하시고 결국엔 아무것도 없었습니다 숙박 하시려면 안내데스크가 없고 수건도 2박인데 알아서 세탁해서 써야한다는것을 참고해주세요

A very enjoyable & relaxing stay in convenient location. Positive: Extremely spacious apartment with lovely views from large balcony. Very comfortable beds. Rooftop spa pool was amazing. Close to light rail stop. Friendly prompt communication with host. Negative: Couple of small issues with checking in and out - but easily resolved in the end.
