We want to come back. Positive: Key collection and entry instructions where thorough, simple instructions accompanied with photos, Olivia was prompt gave clear instructions about house rules and expectations and quick to respond to any questions. Negative: N/A

Positive: The apartment was amazing Negative: The spa didn't work which was very disappointing as we wanted it for the spa..to find the lock box was very difficult and very frustrating. The address given for the lock box was incorrect..

Over all we had a lovely stay. Positive: Very clean and great location. Roof top pool was lovely Negative: Only thing I could complain about was one key for 4 adults. We couldn’t seperate . Had to stay together . For example we all had to leave the pool area at the same time because the only way we could get down to our room was with a key and we only had one. If we left the apartment we all had to leave together and come back the same time. This was a little inconvenient.

A pretty good unit marred by over the top terms and conditions which were not advised before payment Positive: good unit in a good location. quite well appointed. fair price Negative: unfortunately, what i initially thought were excellent key pickup instructions were completely misleading as they sent me to the wrong address to locate a lock box(containing the key) in the garden. it was not until the support callcentre operator caused me to look down and across the road that i tracked it down (30 mins later). additionally, the property required a $300 security deposit which was not made clear when booking and paying the accommodation amount, which was not refundable, i had no choice but to pay the deposit (which i eventually got back). to add to my annoyance, the waiver i had to agree to in the process of paying the security deposit, stripped me of virtually all my rights. i'm not sure if all this was legally sound, but had i known all this beforehand, i probably would not have booked this apartment. i think it was over the top. i have booked dozens of properties and rooms on booking.com and never had to jump through so many hoops.
