Carindale Family Home/Close to Westfield & Highway

Large, clean house in a great location for our sporting event. Too expensive for what it was. Positive: The size of the house was much larger then the pictures. Great size for 8 ppl. Negative: We had no hot water for 2 days, until we were able to find a button to turn it on, host did not know how to fix. Fan force in the oven didn't work. Wifi didn't even run the tv without interruption. Bathroom had a bad drain smell. After paying an absolute premium to stay we expected things to work.

Positive: This home honestly checks all the boxes. The combination of strategically placed decor in each room, an atmosphere of calmness & rest in each of the bedrooms, the loungeroom for connection, dining room for conversations, kitchen for wholesome meals, gardens for tranquility and rejuvenation, sitting areas to ponder and recharge. This home is impeccably clean and tidy with beautiful quality furnishings,  while somehow whispering in your ear "you belong here". I loved this space and would without hesitation recommend to my loved ones.

Positive: Great location as we were attending a swimming competition at Chandler. So spacious and comfortable.

Great location, plenty of space for a family, house is outdated and needs a refresh. Positive: Good location. Plenty of space for a family if 5. Negative: Facilities outdated and requiring maintenance. Pool table was broken. Light fitting blue tac’d to the ceiling, light in ensuite broken and plumbing loud. Drain smell in the bathrooms.

Positive: Initially, the TV antenna had failed and the owner sent us a digital antenna as a temporary replacement. They were always easy to contact and responded quickly. AC was effective, although we only used it once. Garden areas were attractive and well maintained. Negative: The location is some distance from shopping centres, which was a minor inconvenience.
