Queenslander w/ large and comfy Patio/ family Home

This property suited our purpose of being close to Greenslopes Hospital. As an adult family it meant we all had our own private rooms and lounge area to decompress. We were there to visit with a close relative in final life stages. The bedrooms we used all had aircon which was important for us and very much appreciated as we are from NZ and found the heat and humidity in January suffocating. The owners worked with us to get the wifi connection going and move then helpful with communication. Personally I found the Bookabach app not up to current technology. It was not able to show new messages instantly without going in and out of the app and unable to add photos in the app only txt and the txt was all lower case never putting upper case at the start of messages or after fullstops. The property was clean but for a 300 cleaning fee I would not expect to see dust around the bottom of furniture or dirt onround base of sink taps. The price of the property was in the upper price range and the service from the owners (at less than 24hrs notice) was brilliant and the property was spacious and well appointed.
