One bed Apt at Southbank w/ Rooftop Pool&Carpark

Horrible condition, level of cleanliness and even worse customer service from the owner. Negative: The condition of this property was completely unacceptable. The room had clearly not been cleaned properly, with hair and debris throughout, and the toilet had a strong sewerage smell. The furniture was in poor condition and felt more like a student dorm than paid accommodation. To make matters worse, the pool, which was a key reason we booked, had been closed for a month for repairs, yet this was not disclosed or updated in the listing. We raised these issues immediately at check-in and requested a refund. While the owner acknowledged the problems, they were extremely difficult to deal with and showed little consideration. We were left in limbo for an extended period, with the owner attempting to charge us for the first night and even for cleaning, despite the state of the room on arrival. Would not recommend.

Wonderful location and very clean Positive: So close to transport and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable Negative: The bed was not a large one so our sleep was not the best.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and all white goods in great condition (exactly lile the pictures). The staff were very helpful with checking in and out. And the location of the apartment was ideal as it was near the main bus stops, the south brisbane train station, and only a 15 minute walk from the CBD. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Brisbane for the first time.

Lucid Apartments Ticks All The Boxes Positive: Apartment was exceptionally clean & very well equipped. Plentiful bathroom supplies, Olive oil, herbs & spices in the kitchen plus a full bag of ice in freezer which was handy.Very comfortable bed.Air con was fantastic!!! Roof top pool & views were awesome!!!! Free & secure parking was an added bonus. Negative: 2 swipe tags for elevator & pool access would've been handy. I don't like city traffic, so when hubby went for a drive, I was stuck in the apartment ( which wasn't the end of the world, drinks on the balcony with fantastic views was suffice). Would've been nicer to be able to hang out in the rooftop pool.
