One bed Apt at Southbank w/ Rooftop Pool&Carpark

Lucid Apartments Ticks All The Boxes Positive: Apartment was exceptionally clean & very well equipped. Plentiful bathroom supplies, Olive oil, herbs & spices in the kitchen plus a full bag of ice in freezer which was handy.Very comfortable bed.Air con was fantastic!!! Roof top pool & views were awesome!!!! Free & secure parking was an added bonus. Negative: 2 swipe tags for elevator & pool access would've been handy. I don't like city traffic, so when hubby went for a drive, I was stuck in the apartment ( which wasn't the end of the world, drinks on the balcony with fantastic views was suffice). Would've been nicer to be able to hang out in the rooftop pool.

Good location , good for our needs Positive: Good location Negative: Another door fob , really difficult to go out separately as we only had 1 Security form , would have been good to fill in prior to us leaving England as it was a hassle to do whilst travelling , also unable to upload photos when replying to messages on booking. Com Fairly limited pots , pans etc

Positive: Great location for us Negative: Difficult to check in and out. Hard to contact. Nowhere to leave our luggage before checkin

Basic but good..Good value. Positive: Pain in the bum when your busy busy..Its hard to find when your in a rush...If not in a rush easy..

Positive: 房間整潔乾淨寬敞，離車站也算近都很方便 Negative: 住宿方給我另一個連結要求我在上面填寫信用卡資訊來付押金，雖然booking.com說不應該利用其他連結來提供信用卡資訊以防詐騙，但我還是在住宿前一週就已填寫完成請住宿方檢查，結果她在我入住前一天才說信用卡有問題刷不過叫我提供其他張信用卡，我很確定我的信用卡沒有問題，最後也提供三張信用卡都刷不過，很明顯是連結系統的問題。耗了一整天住宿方也想不出其他解決方案，還要求我在電話中直接講出自己的信用卡資訊，這已嚴重影響我的個資安全。最後住宿方在入住當天下午才給另外一個可以直接付款的連結，才終於成功入住。除了房間本身沒有問題外，住宿方帶給我的體驗極差，我絕對不會再入住。
