Horrible owner to deal with. Positive: House was clean Negative: Owner was very hard to deal with. I have booked many times with booking.com and very had this peoples worth anyone else. Everything on booking.com said it was confirmed and no other information was needed. She sent me a private email asking for personal information about why we were there and wanted all the peoples phone numbers. I felt like my privacy was being invaded on. We were 20 minutes away from the property and she still wouldn't give us the code to the lock box as she said she didn't have the necessary information, like a rental agreement and signing the house rules She also wanted my card detail for a $1000 holding bond. This should have been requested at the point of booking not a day or two before the booking I will never book with her again!!!!!!

Calm clean and comfortable Positive: Loved that the place was close to where we needed to go each day. It was clean and comfortable and well presented. Love the extra detail of the origami towels and toilet paper. Olivia was great at communication and very lovely. Thank you so much. Negative: Was a couple holes in wall which would be nice if noted so that it would give peace of mind that the own get is aware and you won't get charged for damage not caused by you.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Positive: The property’s is clean and comfortable Negative: The neighbours had parties both nights.

Nice house, owner was very accommodating. Would stay there again Positive: Spacious Negative: Pots and pans not very usable due to damage on surface. No tongs available.
