Cozy Family Home w/ Pool – Walk to Pinelands Plaza

Positive: Beautiful kitchen and pool. Were akso VERY prompt in my response to change the battery on a smoke detector. Negative: No coffee plunger or percolator. Would also be good to stock the kitchen draws a little more, maybe a wooden spoon a wooden chopping board and a sharp knife. But orherwise great. Id that's my only issue honestly its very minor.

Comfortable few days Positive: The house was big enough for the 6 of us, plenty of room to move. Easy access for our elderly mum to get from the car to the front door. Negative: There is nothing to not like.

Would have been a good stay if the host had better communications of their requirements. Positive: Quiet Location Pool Comfortable Negative: Would have given this property a 5 star rating if the customer communication was better. - We were asked put up a $1000 security hold the day before we were due to arrive. There was no mention of this when the booking was made. We were told by Booking.com customer service that it was in the property policy tab but it was not there. Only just found it in the “Important and legal information” tab and it’s $500 and was supposed to be charged 7 days before arrival. - We had contacted the host to ask if it was possible to check in early on our arrival day right after the booking was made. I was informed that they won’t know until closer to our arrival date. There was no mention of an early check in fee at this time. When we asked again the day before we were due to arrive, we were told that there was a $50 an hour early check in fee. - We also experienced loss of power to some power points in the house both nights we were there and had to flip the safety switch at the power box to get power back to these areas. The 2 late communications issues made it feel like we had no choice but to meet the demands put upon us. Put a bit of a damper to our trip. Calling Booking.com’s customer service was no help. They could not make the host follow the written requirements. We ended up putting up the $1000 security hold and did not take up the $50 an hour check in early offer.

Positive: The house was spacious and everything we needed. Was a quick walk ro the train station. The host was great and answered all questions I had. We travelled and had 7 people in our group. Cooler weather but the pool was still used. Negative: NA

Perfect house for family or large group stays, pool area is amazing Positive: Clear instructions from host. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained and the outdoor area overall was amazing, the outdoor shower and toilet a bonus. The house is large with loads of room to spread out. Great well-equipped kitchen and open plan living made cooking easy. Also appreciated the large laundry area with a big family. Beds were super comfy. Negative: Maybe a BBQ or one that could be taken outside. The nights were so lovely it would have been great to BBQ a meal outside.
