Ok for the location, but this place needs some uplifting. Positive: Location Negative: Needs privacy curtains in kitchen. Shower Water flow needs to be increased.

Overall comfortable stay Positive: The host was very understanding when I had to change my dates at such short notice. I really liked the layout of the room with the kitchen area being separate to the bedroom and the bathroom as an ensuite with two sinks. However, I was not made aware that the accomodation was part of a house and though you do not usually see other tenants, you needed to go through a common lobby area and up the staircase. Nothing bad but it was just a surprise upon arrival. Negative: The shower shed door makes a really loud squeak noise every time you open it and gave me a mini heart attack the first time. There was also a funky smell in the bathroom sometimes. Since the accomodation is part of a house, there was a shared AC system (on top of your own AC in the room) and it got a little chilly when it was turned on.

I would stay again. Positive: Everything was spacious, owners are lovely, entering in the house is welcoming. Everything was tidy. I would stay again. Negative: No privacy curtains in kitchen/dinning area. Lots of communication in texting, was a little overwhelmed. It wasn’t very clear on property layout/look. It’s a house that is dived into four private rooms. I wasn’t aware that owners also lived on premises. The carpet on stairs are a trip hazard, it’s to stop the loudness on steps. Dryer would be convenient. Clothes rack is small and not in sun. I didn’t want to use face washes as they stated no makeup stains etc but they are white. The house is huge in a townhouse private location, hard to explain.

Positive: The unit was tidy and clean ,the Shower rose was loose needs maintainence,the water pressure was not the best in all Taps . Their is an odour within the Wetroom/Shower area.Required new Linen / Towels for the length of Stay,no on site Parking . Negative: Shower Rose loose hanging .No cleaning Utensils/Cloths for Wiping down No Tea Towels for Dishes. Needed Brush and Pan to clean the Floors.

Positive: The apartment is lovely, very clean and has a nice kitchen area there was nothing I could fault with the property. Negative: The check-in/ check out process was crazy! I have never experienced anything so unnecessary when checking in and if I had another choice of somewhere to go I would of cancelled but it was British lions week so had no option. In fairness to the host they were excellent in responding to all my queries.
