Don’t stay here
Positive: It’s in a good spot
Negative: Everywhere was dirty there was missing furniture not like the photos at all and there is mold growing on the ceiling and the back door, took vids not photos trust me it’s worse than that you think.

This place has potential but needs serious help.
Positive: The location was nice. Near shopping and restaurants.
Negative: Mold and water damage throughout ceilings. Roaches infestation in kitchen. Poorly furnished. Did not match pictures. Dirty carpets. Many burned out light bulbs. Rotted trim in hallway bathroom. Entire place needs paint and mold eradication. Our situation was complicated and we did not have the time to focus on relocating. We stayed away except to sleep at night.
