1 Bedroom Unit near highway/ transports & shops

Not for older people. OK for a room to stay. Positive: I liked the bed except there was only 1 flat pillow each. The room was spacious but there is no TV or radio thankfully the internet was really good. The kitchen has most things you need except a toaster. The Bathroom has nice products like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. Negative: There are steps down into the underground unit with no hand rail. When we got there it smelled musty so we had to air it out. The upstairs tenants sound like elephants as they walked around and they came back in the middle of the night 1am to be exact and woke us up stomping around and Tv blaring. The shower is really cramped and there is mildew over the windows. Apart from that we were out during the day so it was ok

Relaxing, comfy and great location. Positive: I liked the lay of the property. It was bright, provided with all the small essentials you could need. It was orderly and located just 5 minutes from a shopping centre. The real star was Olivia, she was very attentive to my queries and was very helpful with all my questions throughout the process so a big thank you to her. Negative: If I was being picky, I guess I was unlucky that the neighbouring guests upstairs were quite noisy during the first few nights of my stay, which was the only real dissatisfaction for me.

Positive: Comfortable,clean and functional Negative: The room is on the basement the ceiling is very thin people who stay at the room above walking and running sometimes with strong steps very annoying.

Highly recommended Positive: Quiet and neat. Owner was very helpful Negative: Nil
