1 Bedroom Unit near highway/ transports & shops

We would definitely visit and book again once the bed issues are fixed! Positive: Everything was great value for money was definitely exceeded! The host was lovely and had great communication. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. Negative: I think the Bed had Bed Bugs, it was uncomfortable to sleep and we couldn’t sleep through the night as we felt we kept getting bitten and would wake up with bites / rashes. Other than this, everything was so great!

Overall, it was a good week staying there to do the job that I needed to do. I will look again. Positive: The location was great as it was only a few minutes from where I was based in Upper Mt Gravatt. I was always able to get an on-street car parking outside the unit. Negative: There was no internet available when I arrived, and it proved a little difficult to resolve due to the building layout. There were no further problems once it was resolved. Also, a couple of interesting problems. There was no toilet roll holder (the toilet roll sat on top of the cistern), and an unusual issue was no TV (that was no problem for me as I don't watch it anyway when I am away from home). That is the first time in decades that I have stayed in a unit/room without a TV. Water managed to get into the property through the front sliding door track during a storm. I suspect that not a lot can be done about that one, it was the direction that the storm blew the rain in to the front door.

Clean tidy generally all OK. Positive: No breakfast at all Negative: Neighbours above a bit noisy.

Overall Great. Would be perfect with clothes washing facilities. Positive: Location, Amenities. Negative: Bugs. Wifi. Bed Mattress.

Positive: Location to family in area Negative: Considerable noise - thumping/thudding of people staying in rooms of Unit Four. above, most disturbing when trying to sleep. - No TV or couch in room. Small shower cubicle. No outside view from within room. Do NOT stay in "Unit One" at this house. I would not recommend and would not stay here again.
