I had already paid AUD $468 for this booking, but the host refused to provide the exact accommodation address, key information or check-in instructions unless I provided additional personal identification, a real-time selfie and credit card/payment details. Because I could not obtain the address or keys, I was unable to check in and had no choice but to book alternative accommodation at my own expense. I therefore request: 1. A full refund of the AUD $468 I paid for this booking; and 2. Reimbursement for the reasonable additional accommodation costs I incurred because I was unable to check in. I can provide screenshots, receipts for the replacement accommodation, and the messages exchanged with the host as evidence. Room. Amenities and the other unit people asking for coffee and room was smelling bad toilet smell shower was dirty

Positive: It's handy to shops lots of good food easy access to motor way. Negative: The check-in process was difficult. I paid for the accommodation, and then the owner required a deposit. Usually, the deposit comes first. Then, photo identification. No TV . The bed was hard, not comfortable. My front door would only lock from inside. Not much parking. The bathroom was a good size but a small shower . However, products were supplied like body wash.
